Lost Sales Volume
To keep one Business Center active, 100 Personal Sales Volume (PSV) must be generated in that Business Center each 4-week cycle. Otherwise, any volume, including new volume and rollover volume, will be lost.
To keep all Business Centers active, 200 Personal Sales Volume (PSV) must be generated in Business Center 001 each 4-week cycle. Otherwise, any volume, including new volume and rollover volume, will be lost.
If you notice that your rollover volumes have been lost in your Business Center(s), we suggest that you review the following:
- Auto Order points
- Auto Order date
- Date of last 100 points placed on Business Center 001
- Any products returned to USANA for credits or exchange
- Earned commissions
