To achieve this, we strive to ensure our Terms &amp; Policies are frequently updated and you and your team are made aware of any important changes.<\/p>\n<p>Below is a list of recent updates to USANA\u2019s Terms &amp; Policies for you to review and share. We strongly encourage everyone to read the full changes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usana.com\/hub\/#\/content\/PoliciesandProcedures~2FPoliciesandProceduresANZ\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Policy 9\u2014Associate-Created Material:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All Associates can create content and advertise after completing an online certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Policy 11\u2014Income and Lifestyle Representations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Find a more specific explanation for what qualifies as an Income Claim or Lifestyle Claim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Policy 17\u2014Intellectual Property:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>See additional guidelines for the use of USANA\u2019s name in social media handles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Policy 20\u2014Service Outlets:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kiosks are now excluded from the approved locations where you can sell USANA products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Policy 21\u2014Unauthorised Recruiting and Participation in Other Direct Sales Companies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Unauthorised Recruiting section and Participation in Other Direct Sales Companies section are now combined in this section.<\/li>\n<li>Those who participate with another Direct Sales Company will not be permitted to qualify for recognition benefits or transfer their business.<\/li>\n<li>Associates are prohibited from promoting the products or business opportunities of Direct Sales Company to USANA Associates or customers.<\/li>\n<li>Associates must notify USANA within five (5) business days of enrolling in any other Direct Sales company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Policy 26\u2014Transfer of the Agreement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>More extensive instructions and conditions for transferring a USANA business are included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Policy 28\u2014Sponsor\/Placement Changes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sponsor\/placement change wait times are consistent. Changes will happen six months after inactivity or cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Policy 31\u2014Authorised Sales:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associates are only permitted to sell products to end consumers. They cannot sell or transfer a quantity of products greater than what an individual can personally consume in a four-week rolling period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Policy 34\u2014Babycare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In China, business activity by non-BabyCare Distributors is specifically prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Policy 40\u2014Return Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The expiration requirement for non-returnable products was shortened from six months to within three months of expiration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>These new policies will go into effect on<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>24 August<\/strong>. This gives you time to familiarise yourself with the updates and share them with new or potential Associates on your team. You\u2019ll see a prompt to accept these new policies when logging in to The Hub.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for all you do to share USANA.
