At Risk Associate
After conducting research, USANA has identified several factors that might indicate that a distributor may be at risk of leaving the company. Indicators such as not having placed an order in several months, having not sponsored anyone, and having been in the business just over two months are not necessarily an indication that a person WILL leave the business, but could indicate that a little TLC is in order. Some personal contact could go a long way to help keep these individuals. Thus the use of the At Risk Associate Report available through the Team Manager.
