Associate Incentive – Road to Convention Challenge

USANA Live 2023 Americas & Europe Convention (AEC) is coming in hot—and we want you there!

From May 6­–June 30, you have a chance to earn a free Convention ticket! When two new, personally sponsored team members place an order of 200 Sales Volume Points (SVP) each, you receive 50% off one AEC ticket. When four new team members place an order of 200 SVP each, you receive a FREE AEC ticket. All participants and new team members must reside in Canada. This incentive is not cross-border.

Q. What markets are participating in the promotion?
A. Canada.

Q. When is the promotion qualification period?
A. May 6–June 30, 2023.

Q. What happens if my new team member lives in a different country?
A. This promotion is not applicable to team members outside of Canada.

Q. How will I get my free Convention ticket?
A. Every week we will run a report. If you have not registered for Convention, your sales manager will send you a promo code to register for free. If you have already purchased a Convention ticket, we will refund you the amount you paid.

Q. How will I get my 50% off discounted Convention ticket?
A. At the end of the promotion, we will run a report for the Associates who earned 50% off their Convention ticket. If you already purchased a Convention ticket, you will be reimbursed 50% of the amount you paid. If you have not registered, your sales manager will send you a 50%-off promo code to register.

Q. How many free Convention tickets can I earn?
A. You can only receive one free Convention ticket per distributorship.

Q. Can I use my free Convention ticket for other USANA events?
A. No. You can only use your free Convention ticket for AEC 2023, after which it will expire.

Q. What happens if I won a free Convention ticket during the Reactivation Campaign in April?
A. If you qualify for a free ticket during this promotion, we will add a second ticket to your account, which you can reassign to another team member or co-applicant. If you qualify for the 50% off one Convention ticket, your sales manager will send you a 50%-off promo code, which you may use as you see fit. Neither of these will be reimbursable, given they were awarded for free.
