You can have as many Preferred Customers as you want on each Business Center.

Gold and Above Associate Privacy

All Gold Directors and above can customize who in their Team Above (Gold or above) can view their volume and personal earnings information. Your choices of privacy are as follows:

  • Gold Directors and above can do nothing. This will leave their information at a default, allowing all Gold Directors and above to view their information.
  • Gold Directors and above may approve certain Gold Directors and above the ability to view their personal volume information and block the rest.
  • Gold Directors and above can allow Silver Directors or below to view their personal volume information. (This would allow the ability to view only those Centers in the Associate-in-question’s Team Below.)
  • Gold Directors and above may deny all Gold Directors and above in their Team Above from viewing their personal volume information.
  • Gold Directors and above may deny certain Gold Directors and above in their Team Above from viewing their personal information and leave the rest with the ability to view the personal volume information.

USANA provides wireless Internet access for Associates to use at the Vancouver Will Call office. If you would like to know how to connect, contact any of the USANA employees at the Vancouver office.

Definition of a Business Center

The center of an Associate’s business-building activity, through which product is purchased and Sales Volume is accumulated.

Viewing Preferred Customer Orders

PC orders can be viewed through the PC, Sponsorship, or PC Order History reports within the last year. Please note that Associates can only see the past orders of personally sponsored PCs. They cannot see orders of other PCs or any Associates.

  • In the PC Report, click on the PC ID number and then click on the “Order” tab.
  • In the Sponsorship report, click on the ID number of the PC, then the “Order” tab.
  • In the PC Order History report, enter a PC’s ID number; the order history for that PC will display.

Definition of an Associate

An independent contractor authorized by the company under the contract to purchase and retail USANA products, recruit other Associates, and participate in the company’s compensation plan. An Associate’s relationship to the company is governed by the contract.

Captcha

Your online safety and security is a priority for us. This is why we implemented a safety step, called captcha, for all purchases made online. The captcha requirement protects both you and USANA against stolen credit cards used to commit fraud and will be integrated with the checkout process. Captcha will ensure that a live person is actually placing the order, and not a “robot” used to cycle through credit card lists purchased on the Internet.

How It Works
When checking out, you’ll see nine random pictures placed together. One picture will be the USANA logo. Clicking on the USANA logo will confirm you are an individual and not a robot and will allow the payment to proceed for authorization.

This will affect all online checkout processes—Online Enrollment, shopping cart, and retail. The captcha implementation took place March 27, 2017.

A maximum of 15 Silver Directors or below will be recognized at Convention for both their hard work and the intangibles they bring to their team. These team members are invaluable to both your business and the USANA family. Nominations may be submitted April 30, 2018–June 29, 2018.

Top 25 PaceSetter Creators Award

These trailblazers personally sponsor individuals, and help them become Platinum PaceSetters. Earning 10 points for each personally sponsored Premier Platinum, five points for each Annual Platinum, two points for each Premier Pacesetter, and one point for each Annual PaceSetter. The top 25 PaceSetter Creators represent those leaders who inspire and drive their team members.

Americas and Europe
Sharing the wealth of USANA products with new Preferred Customers is key to growing a business. The Top 25 Preferred Customer Enrollers celebrates those Associates who enroll new Preferred Customers and encourage regular purchases. Competing individuals earn one point for every Preferred Customer enrolled during the qualifying period, who purchases a volume-generating product through Auto Order. A point can be earned every four-week cycle.  The top enroller is awarded Top Preferred Customer Enroller.
