Selecting Dates for Reports in Team Manager

When selecting end dates for reports in Team Manager, please note that data does not actually show for the end date selected, as it displays data up to that date. If you want this data included, select the date after the actual date you want to be included in your data.

For example, if you are running a report and want to include data from Feb. 7–13, select your end date as Feb. 14.

Please note, reports in Team Manager only date back 18-24 months.

Team Below Preferred Customer View

In order to protect confidentiality and privacy, personal identifying information for Preferred Customers is not available for Team Above view through Team Manager.

An Associate is entitled to view the identifying information for his or her own personally sponsored Preferred Customers. However, this information is not released to other Associates*. While the identifying information for customers attached to other Associates is not available, the volume they generate can be viewed by your whole Team Below to help you manage your business.

*If the Preferred Customer’s sponsor does not subscribe to The Business Accelerator Suite on their Auto Order, then the next available and qualified Team Above who is paying for the services will be able to see the Preferred Customer information.

Logging on to The Hub

Associates log on to The Hub from their personal USANA website.

Preferred Customers can log on to The Hub from either their sponsor’s personal website or www.usana.com.

Language Selection for The Hub

The language selection in The Hub is based primarily on your language selection for correspondence with USANA. If you have selected English, your primary language of The Hub would then be in English. By changing your language preference with USANA, the majority of The Hub will show in that language selection.

Please note that not all information is available in all languages, and information that has not been translated may either not show or will show in English.

Currently, www.usana.com, The Hub, and the Business Accelerator Suit are available in English, Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Romanian, Spanish, and Thai.

The Hub for Preferred Customers is currently only available in English, Spanish, Chinese, and French.
