Timeframe for Volume to Show in Team Manager

Volume will show in Team Manager within 24 hours of an order being placed. If you are wanting to look at historical volume, reports in Team Manager only date back 18-24 months.

 

Team Manager Showing Commissions Earned

Currently, commissions earned cannot be viewed in Team Manager. However, they can be viewed through the “Check Stub Reprint” page, which you can find by going to the “My Account” section on The Hub and clicking on “Tax Information.”

Preferred Customers Orders

Sponsors can see what Preferred Customers have ordered through Team Manager:
  • Log into Team Manager
  • Click “PC Report”
  • Enter the appropriate time period
  • Select “Personally Sponsored”
  • Select any other info that is desired
  • Click on any PC ID
  • Click on the “Orders” tab
*Please note you can only see the order details for personally sponsored Preferred Customers.

Optimal Placement Report

The Optimal Placement Report displays the Business Center locations where an increase of volume can potentially optimize Team Below earnings and volume.

Access
To access the Optimal Placement Report:

  • Select “My Business” on The Hub
  • Click on “Team Manager” under the “Business Reports” heading
  • Select “ALL REPORTS”
  • Select “Optimal Placement”

Preferred Customer Report

A listing or report of your Preferred Customers (PCs) can be located through Team Manager under the “PC Report”. At the bottom of the screen, it will give you the option to select “All” or “Personally Sponsored.”

Sponsorship Report

The Sponsorship report displays Associates and Preferred Customers in your team. It also includes contact information and other important business-building information.

How to run the Sponsorship Report:

  • Log on to The Hub
  • Click on “My Business”
  • Click on “Team Manager” under the “Business Reports” heading
  • Click on “Sponsorship” under the “Top Reports”
  • To see your entire team, change the “Team Sponsorship” box from “Personally Sponsored” to “All”
  • Change the “Include” box to “Associates,” “Associates & PCs,” or “PCs” based on your desired preference

The report will automatically generate and display on the right side of your screen.

Mail Merge with Team Manager

Unfortunately at this time Team Manager does not support Mail Merge. However, contact information in saved reports from Team Manager can be located in Share USANA Media Center.

Locate Other Associates in Your Team Below Within Same Area

To locate other Associates in your Team Below within the same area:

  • Log into The Hub
  • Click “My Business”
  • Click “Team Manager” under the “Business Reports” heading
  • Locate and select “Associate Search”
  • Select which information you would like to include in your search

Leadership Bonus Qualification Date

The Leadership Bonus date can be added to any report by clicking on “Column” to the right of the screen in Team Manager and then selecting “Leadership Bonus Date” in the selection.

Widgets on The Hub

Widgets on The Hub are quick links to your favorite content and dynamic reports updated in real-time. Once you log on to The Hub, navigate to the My Business tab, under Business Reports, to see the widget dashboard.

The widget dashboard displays 12 different widgets. You can access additional widgets by clicking on the tool wheel located on the right side of the Widgets screen.
