Additional Business Center Placement

Brand Partners can find all the placement possibilities for their Additional Business Center certificate(s) by utilizing the Additional Business Center Options report in Team Manager:

  • Log on to Team Manager from The Hub
  • Select “Additional Business Center Options”
  • Enter your ID number with Business Center in the “Start With Associate ID” (i.e. 78867.001 or 78867.002)
  • Select the Team Below Side
  • Select the Return First 10 Rows
  • Click on “Run Report”

There is no time limit for placing an Additional Business Center Certificate unless otherwise specified.

Once a Brand Partner has established where they want to open their Additional Business Center, the next step is to send a written request to Customer Service with information about where they would like the new Business Center to be placed. The written request must be attached to a product order form in order to activate the new BC. A Brand Partners first two Additional Business Centers may be placed at the bottom of any side in their organization, however, future Additional Business Centers must be placed at least 10 active BC1 Business Centers away from any of their previously existing Business Centers.

Retailing Products from the Personal Web Page

Potential Associates/Customers coming to your website can shop by clicking “Shopping Cart.” From here, they are taken to the beginning of the shopping cart.

Volume from retail sales will default to be placed on the left or right your Business Center .001. This may be changed at any time to the Business Center of your choice. Log on to the edit page for your website and click “Website Setup.” Scroll down until you see a section named “Retail Placement.” Click on the drop down box to change the Business Center and then choose left, right, or random. Then click “Save” at the bottom of the section.

Personal Web Page Name

The URL for your web page is sitename.usana.com. There is no www. at the beginning of the site name. For example, if you named your web page frank then the URL you use is “frank.usana.com” instead of “www.frank.usana.com”.

USANA provides each Associate the opportunity to have his/her own personal website. However, to create your own website or other marketing and support materials you must adhere to USANA’s Policies and Procedures.

Personal Web Page Set Up

An Associates Personal Web Page is already set up. The Associate simply need to login and personalize their site.

A deluxe version is available with the subscription to the Business Accelerator Suite for further enhanced customization.

Personal Web Site Enrollment E-mail Notification

When an enrollment is completed through a sponsor’s personal web site, an e-mail notification will be sent to the sponsor, letting them know about the enrollment.

At no other time, neither by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail will a notification be sent to the sponsor regarding a new enrollment.

Operating a Second or Multiple Personal Web Page(s)

If a Brand Partner subscribes to the Business Accelerator Suite, they’ll receive three sites, which could give more flexibility. Log in to The Hub and go to “My Website” found under the “My Business” tab. Next, click on “Site List,” then click the “Add New Site” button, and enter the new site’s URL.

To switch between sites in the editing phase, while in edit mode on Your Personal Website, you can click on “Site List” in the lower-left corner.

Online Tutorial Help

Tutorial help is available to help you with the online tools that became available in October, 2014.

  • Log onto the Hub.
  • On the menu at the left of the page, hover over the “Resources & Information” heading.
  • Under the “Business” heading, select “Social Selling.”
  • Next, click on the “Training” tab
  • Locate and select the video tutorial you are interested in.

Obtaining Information from Web Site Hits

Specific data on those who visit Your Personal Website is only available on a voluntary basis. By using the “Contact Me” link on your Personal Web Page, those who visit your site may voluntarily leave their contact information for you.

Information voluntarily provided on Your Personal Website will be e-mailed to the primary e-mail account registered with USANA. The information will be added to the Customer Connect report as a lead in Team Manager, as well.

Entering HTML to a Web Page

With the simplicity of using the Personal Web Pages, there is no need to use HTML in creating or editing your web page. There are no plans to make this ability available at a later date.
