Editing Email Address on Your Personal Website

Your email address does not actually display on Your Personal Website unless you physically type it in a section. Submissions through the “Connect with Me” or other areas of your site are sent to the primary email address listed on your account file with USANA. This can be changed through the “Profile Manager” in the “My Account” section on The Hub.

Connect With Me

Connect With Me lets the Associate know who has visited their website and asks for specific information from the visitor; however, this information is voluntary and only available if the visitor elects to supply the information.

Notifications are sent to the Associate’s primary email address on their USANA account file.

Change My Email Address

Change the Name on Your Personal Website

To change your USANA personal website name:

  • Log onto The Hub
  • Click on “My Business”
  • Select “My Website”
  • Click on “edit”
  • Change or select the “Subdomain,” “Description,” “Languages,” “Template,” and/or “Default Language”
  • Click on “Update”

Subdomain error message: If you receive an error message that says that your subdomain contains reserved keywords that prevents it from being used, you can submit a subdomain request by clicking on the “Request Subdomain” link. The request will usually be approved or declined within 72 business hours. The approval or decline will be notified in the same “Edit” screen that your request was submitted. If the subdomain is approved, then you will need to go in and then re-enter the approved subdomain and click on “Update.”

Change the Font Size on the www.usana.com Web Page if it is too Small

To adjust the text size in your browser, click on ‘Page’ or ‘View’ at the top of your browser. Choose ‘Text Size’, then choose a larger or smaller text than is selected by default by clicking on your desired selection.

OR

Click on the 3 dots at the top of your browser. Next to where is says “Zoom,” click on the plus or minus sign to increase or decrease the size of the text to your desired preference.

To adjust your screen resolution click on ‘Start’. Choose ‘Settings’, Control Panel then double click on the ‘Display’ icon. On the ‘Settings’ tab in the gray window that opens up, adjust your screen resolution by moving the needle to the left to make the screen appear larger or to the right to make the screen appear smaller. USANA recommends using a screen resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels for best viewing results.

Add/Edit Your Contact Information on Personal Web Site

To add or edit your contact information on your personal web site:

  • Go to your web site
  • Login
  • This will take you to The Hub, go to “My Business”
  • Select “My Website” under the “Tools” section
  • You should now be on your web site edit page
  • On the home page, you are able to edit or update your contact information
Please note that notifications from your “Connect With Me” page will go to the primary email address on file with USANA. If you would like to change this email address, you will need to:
  • Log on to the Hub
  • Click on “My Account” icon,, at the top right-hand side of the of the page
  • Select “Profile Manager”
  • Select “Add/Edit E-mail Addresses

Creating Folders in Your USANA Email Account

To create a folder in your USANA email account:

  • Log into your USANA Email from The Hub
  • Click on the “Folder” tab
  • Right click your mouse, and select “New Folder” in the drop-down menu
  • Type a name for the new briefcase folder in the “Create New Folder” window
  • Select where you would like the new folder to be saved
  • Click on “Ok”

Deleting the Messages in Trash Folder in USANA Email

To delete all or some of the messages that exist in your Trash folder in USANA Email:

  • Click on the “Trash” folder
  • Click the box to the left of the email (s) that you wish to delete
  • Select the “Delete” link

Insert Image into Signature on USANA Email Account

To insert an image into your signature on your USANA email account:

  • Log on to your email account from The Hub
  • Click on “Preferences”
  • Click on “Signatures”
  • Select the “Insert Images” icon 
  • Click on “Choose File”
  • Locate the image you would like to add
  • Click on “Ok”

Maintaining Your USANA Email Account

If you fail to maintain your USANA Email account as recommended, messages sent to your email account may fail to be delivered and be returned to the sender.
