Who can earn the Double Matching Bonus?

When:

  3. The Double Matching Bonus is paid via the related account on the same week the Matching Bonus is paid.
  4. It shows as a “Matching Bonus” commission adjustment.

A. No. You will receive the Double Matching Bonus for sales by Brand Partners you personally sponsor July 8–October 10, 2025, as long as you are a Pacesetter on or before October 10, 2025 and your new Brand Partner achieves Pacesetter by that date.

Q. Does the Double Matching Bonus count toward other advancements or bonuses?
A. No. The Double Matching Bonus does not count toward any additional advancements or bonuses.

Q. When will I receive my Double Matching Bonus?
A. Once a Matching Bonus relationship is created with your new enrollee, the bonus is paid on that enrollee’s weekly base commissions through July 10, 2026.

Q. How much will my Double Matching Bonus be?
A. Double Matching Bonus = 20% match of your qualifying personally sponsored Brand Partner’s base commission.

Q. Is there a limit to my Double Matching Bonus amount?
A. Yes, Double Matching Bonus follows the same rule as Matching Bonus and cannot exceed base commissions.

A. No. This bonus is available in all markets except for India.

Rules

  1. This is an individual-based incentive.
  2. A participant is an individual person or a distributorship.
  3. Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e., sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Center other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this incentive, in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement.
  4. Any breach of the Agreement and Terms & Policies will disqualify Brand Partners from participation in the Double Matching Bonus incentive in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement.
  5. USANA reserves the right to discontinue or modify the incentive at any time during the incentive period if events beyond USANA’s control compromise the incentive’s fairness or integrity.
  6. USANA is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected online entries or transactions for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information whether caused by any equipment or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error, or malfunctions.
  7. USANA, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive, refuse to award points, bonus, or commission, and require the return of any bonus or commission if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the incentive or detrimental to other entrants. Convention Recognition
During the annual and regional conventions, an exclusive function will be held for all active UEM Club members. New members will be inducted to the program during this function.

This event will include the formal induction of new members into the program. It includes a red-carpet welcome, photo opportunities, and USANA leaders personally congratulating each member. This memorable moment is designed to celebrate your journey and recognize your outstanding success.

Rules

  1. No purchase is necessary to participate.
  2. The UEM Club function is intended for two attendees. Companions must be 18 years of age or older to attend.
  3. A participant may be an individual or a distributorship. If a distributorship includes multiple individuals, all point entries will be combined under that account.
  4. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  5. Participants who were previously members of the Million Dollar Club are automatically included in the USANA Entrepreneur Milestone Club. By registering for and attending the annual USANA Convention, they will receive a UEM Club pin, a patch for their existing blazer, and the option to purchase a UEM Club blazer if they do not already own one.
  6. Any attempt to violate these rules or the Brand Partner Agreement will result in immediate disqualification from the contest and may lead to further sanctions. If a prize winner voluntarily or involuntarily terminates their distributorship before the contest ends, they will forfeit their prize.

Born in a family of traditional Chinese medicine, Dr. Liying Tang graduated from the Department of Medicine at Sun Yat-sen Medical University in Guangzhou, China. She then worked as a physician and lecturer in the Department of Anesthesiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Sun Yat-sen Medical University for more than 10 years. Elite Bonus

Effective October 11, 2025

When we say elite, we mean it. No other word can possibly explain the amazing reward our top income earners get every quarter. We call it the Elite Bonus because that’s what it is—the best reward for the best of the best.

Each quarter, a bonus pool equaling 1% of regional sales points is divided and rewarded to the top Brand Partners in the region. Aspire to become an elite leader in your market. Focusing on strong team growth and high overall sales is the best way to earn your Elite Bonus.

Elite Bonus Eligibility:

  1. One personally sponsored Gold Director or above has earned 13,000 commission points within the quarter.
  2. One Brand Partner within three generations has advanced to Gold Director or above within the last 52 weeks (as measured from the end of the quarter) and earned at least 600 commissions points during the quarter.
  3. A minimum 5% of your BC1’s group sales points must originate in your enrolled business market.

Brand Partners who meet the above requirements are then ranked by income. The top 20 income earners are issued shares of the Elite Bonus as follows:

  1. Two-thirds of shares are allocated to qualifiers with quarterly commission point growth compared to their average commission points for the prior four quarters. Qualifying Brand Partners receive a pool percentage based on individual growth when compared to the total growth of all qualifiers.
  2. One-third of shares is allocated to qualifiers based on their total quarterly commission points. Qualifying Brand Partners receive a pool percentage based on their quarterly total commission points when compared to the total quarterly commission points for all qualifiers.

FAQs

Is everyone in one pool for the Elite Bonus?
No. Both China and India have their own pool due to compensation plan differences and market regulations. All other markets are in one pool.

Can the same personally sponsored Brand Partner with 13,000 commission points count for two quarters?
Yes. If they meet the required 13,000 commission points in each quarter, they can count consecutively.

Is it possible for one Brand Partner’s rank advancement to count for four quarters.
Yes. Depending on the date of the Brand Partner’s rank advancement, they could count for four quarters. However, they must earn a commission check for at least 600 commission points in each qualifying quarter.

Milestone Bonuses

Milestone Bonuses make it easier and more rewarding than ever for new Brand Partners to quickly find a path to success. Plus, they reward team leaders who guide and mentor new team members to earn and grow.

In your first 13 weeks as a USANA Brand Partner, you can earn up to three bonuses by reaching specific goals.

Milestone 1: generate 250 sales points from personally enrolled Brand Partners, Preferred Customers, or Affiliates within the first four weeks after you enroll. This earns you a Milestone Bonus of an additional 50 commission points.

Milestone 2: generate 500 sales points from four personally enrolled Brand Partners, Preferred Customers, or Affiliates within the second four-week period after you enroll. This earns you a Milestone Bonus of an additional 100 commission points.

Milestone 3: achieve Pacesetter status to earn a Milestone Bonus of an additional 150 commission points and the opportunity to earn through the Matching Bonus. Reaching Milestone 3 sets you on the path to build and grow your business.

A. No. These two bonuses must be earned during the timeframe allowed. They are specifically designed to encourage both manageable and sustainable growth for new Brand Partners.

Q. Am I required to earn both the Milestone Bonuses 1 and 2 to receive Milestone Bonus 3?
A. No. These are three independent bonuses. Any of the three can be earned without earning the others, but each bonus can only be earned during its specified time period.

A. Yes, as long as you achieve the required points.

Q. Do Preferred Customer and Affiliate points count toward Milestone Bonuses?
A. Yes, 100% of Preferred Customer and Affiliate purchases count toward Milestone Bonuses. And 70% of the points roll up.

Q. Do the Preferred Customer and Affiliate Order Bonus count toward Milestone Bonuses?
A. Yes and no. Preferred Customer purchases count toward the Milestone Bonuses, but the PC Order Bonus and Affiliate Order Bonus do not.
