Password Requirements

As of October 3, 2018, USANA updated the password requirements:

  • You will be required to change your password every twelve months (from the last time the password was changed.)
  • You cannot use the same password twice in an 18-month period.
  • Your password will be required to have a minimum of eight characters, one capital letter, and one number. (Example: “janedoe” will not work, but “JaneDoe1” will)
  • For security purposes, we will notify you each time your password has been updated.

Changing E-mail Settings

At USANA, we like to keep you in the loop by sending you e-mails. But we want to make sure you’re only getting the e-mails you want. That’s why we’ve created a handy way to customize your preferences online for the e-mails you receive.

To customize your e-mail subscriptions:

  • Log onto The Hub
  • Click on “My Account”
  • Select “Profile Manager”
  • Select the “Manage E-mail Subscriptions” link
  • Click the boxes to subscribe (or unsubscribe) from the e-mails of your choice

And there are a variety of e-mails to choose from.

Automated E-mail: Triggered by activity on your account. For example, if you purchase a USANA product, you’ll receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.

Essentials of Health: Subscribe to this weekly e-mail and stay up-to-date on the latest scientific studies concerning antioxidants and nutritional supplementation. The Essentials of Health e-mail is delivered on Wednesdays.

Welcome to USANA Campaign: This program helps you get started on your USANA journey. You’ll receive a series of eight informative emails over your first two weeks as an Associate. Topics include how to set up your USANA business, the quality of USANA’s products, business-building basics, the USANA compensation plan, personal development, available tools and resources, and the power of the USANA lifestyle.

Urgent Announcements: These e-mails get the word out NOW about time-sensitive product or business information, major corporate or media announcements, weekly and quarterly recognition lists, and other timely items of interest. These e-mails are sent as needed and are the best way for you to get up-to-the-minute news from USANA.

Weekly eNewsletter: Get the latest information on contests, events, Web conferences, business-building tips, recognition, sales tools, products updates, corporate news, and any other USANA highlights for the week. Look for the weekly newsletter to hit your inbox on Tuesdays.

Preferred Customers Only: If you are a USANA Preferred Customer and don’t want to be left out of USANA’s product specials and hot deals, then make sure to sign up for these e-mails that are written specifically for you. (Associates, encourage your PCs to subscribe today!)

Although we REALLY don’t recommend it, if you don’t want any e-mails from USANA rolling into your inbox, follow the same steps:

  • Log onto The Hub
  • Click on “My Account”
  • Select the “Manage E-mail Subscriptions” link
  • Click the “Opt-out” box to unsubscribe from all USANA e-mails

Please note that it may take up to a week for the subscribe, unsubscribe, or opt-out changes to take effect.
