Reasons for a 28 Day Auto Order Cycle and Not a Monthly Cycle

Many of USANA’s products are designed around a four-week consumption time period. This means that customers (Associates, Preferred Customers, and Retail Customers) consuming USANA products as recommended on the label will use up their products in 28-(twenty-eight) days. If Associates or Preferred Customers so choose, they may set up an Auto Order program that will process every 28 days. This way new product will arrive as the consumer is in need.

For Associates, one part of being qualified to earn *commissions is generating at least 100/200 Personal Sales Volume points every four week rolling cycle (28 days). In an effort to make ordering product easier, USANA has established the Auto Order/Auto Order program that also processes every four-week rolling cycle (28-days).

*Commission checks are based on the group sales volume generated on the left and right of your Business Center. To qualify to earn commissions an Associate must generate at least 100 Personal Sales Volume (PSV) every four-week rolling period after initially activating one or three Business Centers. An Associate must also meet the Sales Requirements as outlined in section 5.1 of USANA Policy and adhere to all other policies.

More Than One Auto Order Per Month

Please keep in mind that Auto Order process as PSV (Personal Sales Volume) only and do not count towards GSV (Group Sales Volume) towards commissions.

Auto Order Hold or Delay Time

Associates or Preferred Customers can hold their Auto Order for up to three (3) cycles. This can be done through The Hub from the “My Auto Order” option, which is accessible through the “Shop & Orders” or by contacting USANA’s Order Express line at 888-950-9595.

If you are using your Auto Order to maintain your 100 Personal Sales Volume points to stay qualified for commissions, and you place your order on hold, then you will not have the necessary Personal Sales Volume points to remain commission eligible.

Notification of Auto Order Not Processing

Suppose USANA cannot process a payment for an Auto Order due to a declining credit card or other issues. In that case, USANA will attempt to contact customers to inform them that there is a problem with the processing of their order and ask them to contact Customer Service by the close of business on Friday.   USANA will send an automated e-mail to the e-mail address on file and send a notification through the USANA Mobile Hub App. Brand Partners and Preferred Customers that subscribe to USANA text messages will also receive a courtesy text message.

If an Auto Order fails to process, you have until Friday of the week the Auto Order was scheduled to process to ensure you have the 100 or 200 Personal Sales (PS) needed to remain qualified.

USANA will attempt to obtain payment for an Auto Order multiple times throughout the week.

BOA (Balance on Account)
