Change your Orders and Auto Orders to Purolator Shipping

As of May 23, 2025, Canada Post is experiencing a labour disruption due to strike action. While we continue to monitor the situation closely, this may lead to delivery delays for any orders shipped via Canada Post.

To help ensure timely delivery, we strongly recommend switching your upcoming orders and Auto Orders to Purolator shipping. If you choose not to switch, please note that we cannot guarantee that your orders will be processed and shipped until after the strike is resolved.

Our partnership with Purolator offers you very competitive shipping rates to that of Canada Post, giving you greater flexibility and convenience in managing your orders. You can easily review and select Purolator shipping options for your orders by logging into your account.

If you have a PO box, we encourage you to switch to a physical address. Given Canada Post is the only one servicing PO boxes, you may be affected by the strike, should you choose not to take any action.

Another option is to switch your orders from shipping to pick-up at our will call locations if you are close to one of our offices.
