Q: What happens if I don’t pass the tests in the certification training?
A: You can take the quiz multiple times until you pass.
Q: How long will the link work once I qualify?
A: The link will only work for a few weeks, so you will need to visit the Sanoviv training site to create an account and pay for the training soon after qualifying for the program.
Q: How do I create an account and where do I pay for the training?
A: You must create an account with your name, email, and Associate ID and pay for the program at the Sanoviv training site. You will only get a link with the discounted price once you have qualified. The link will be sent via email.
Q: Is there a time limit to complete the course?
A: No, there is no time limit.
Q: Can I revisit the trainings once I’ve completed the certification?
A: Yes, you can revisit any training videos at any time.
Q: Can one account work for both an applicant and a co-applicant?
A: Only one certificate will be issued for each account created on the Sanoviv learning site. You will need to create two accounts (one for each person) and pay for each person to have the certification.
