Shipping Method Details:
USANA takes pride in shipping quality products with quality shipping methods in a timely manner. We have done our best to pass on any volume discounts from our couriers to you, to provide you with a variety of reliable and economical shipping methods to choose from.

Below are some clarifying points you may want to consider as you choose the best shipping method for your needs:
Normal shipping methods (Mail Personal – Expedited Parcel ; Purolator Ground)
– Every effort is made to ship these orders within 2-3 business days.
– All orders placed after Friday at 1:00 p.m. (MT) will most likely not be shipped until Monday. This is due to the times and days the couriers pick up from USANA. If you need your order sooner, you may want to consider an expedited method.
Expedited methods (Canada – Expidite – Xpresspost; Purolator Air; Purolator Express (w/ Saturday Delivery))
-Expedited orders that are placed before 1:00 p.m. (MT) will be shipped the same day. All expedited orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (MT) will be shipped the next business day.
-Only expedited orders placed Friday before 1:00 p.m. (MT) are guaranteed to ship on Friday. Non-expedited orders will be shipped the next business day, in this case, Monday.
NFR shipping methods:
– All NFR orders are shipped from the U.S.
Note: NFR orders containing a MyHealthPak are delayed two or three days in order to process this customized product before the complete order is shipped.
Auto Orders:
Every week we process thousands of Auto Orders, starting on Monday. In order to process each week’s large spike in orders, our shipping line works hard to get them out as soon as possible. All Auto Orders are shipped by Wednesday of each week, prioritizing the furthest zones first so that all will receive their packages around the same time period and remain consistent week after week.
