{"id":5501,"date":"2016-06-17T18:00:58","date_gmt":"2016-06-18T01:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/askusana.com\/cae\/qa\/convention-registration-transfer\/"},"modified":"2026-03-27T09:33:43","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T16:33:43","slug":"convention-registration-transfer","status":"publish","type":"qa","link":"https:\/\/askusana.com\/cae\/qa\/convention-registration-transfer\/","title":{"rendered":"Assign an Event Registration Ticket"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brand Partners can assign (transfer) event registration tickets online and there is no limit on the number of assignments per ticket.<\/p>\n<p>Guest registrations and assignments need to be done through customer service.<\/p>\n<p>To assign an event registration ticket online:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on <strong>Contest &amp; Events<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select<strong> Event Registration<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click on<strong> Your Tickets<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Your Tickets <\/strong>under the appropriate event<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Actions<\/strong> drop-down menu under the event ticket you wish to view<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>Assign Ticket, <\/strong>enter the new Brand Partner ID# of the new Brand Partner and click on <strong>Assign Ticket<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that once an event registration ticket has been assigned to another Brand Partner, all information and details for that ticket are transferred over to the new Brand Partner&#8217;s account and the ticket and details will no longer show in the original purchaser\u2019s account.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Brand Partners outside of Mainland China cannot assign tickets to Brand Partners inside Mainland China.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brand Partners can assign (transfer) event registration tickets online and there is no limit on the number of assignments per ticket.
