The first option allows you to select from a full range of products\u2014excellent for new customers or those less familiar with USANA products. The second option allows you to type in a product name, description, or item number\u2014simple for customers familiar with USANA and the Auto Order program. Try both options to see which you prefer. The steps are outlined below:<\/p>\n<p>Option 1: Through USANA Shop\u2014select from a full list of USANA products. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log on to The Hub<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cShop &amp; Orders\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Select \u201cShop Products\u201d under the Shop heading<\/li>\n<li>Click on any product category<\/li>\n<li>In the navigation menu on the left, under the Shop by Category section, select &#8220;All&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Choose how you want to view the product\u2014in a grid view or as a list<\/li>\n<li>Add products to your Auto Order. (A banner will appear to show each product has been added.)<\/li>\n<li>Under My Profile (located at the top of your screen), use the drop-down menu to select \u201cManage Auto Order.\u201d This screen allows you to remove items you no longer want and verify details of your order, including your order processing date, delivery address, and more<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cSave Changes\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Option 2: Through Auto Order Manager\u2014type in the product description, name, or item number<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log on to The Hub<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cShop &amp; Orders\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Select \u201cManage My Auto Order\u201d under the Auto Order heading<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cChange Auto Order\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Make appropriate changes<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201cSave Changes\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that online Auto Order changes must be completed prior to midnight\u00a0MST\/MDT the Friday before the Auto Order is scheduled to process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Phone<\/strong><br \/>\nTo make changes to your Auto Order by phone, contact customer service at 801-954-7200. Changes must be received and completed prior to 7:00 p.m. MST\/MDT the Friday before the Auto Order is scheduled to process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fax<\/strong><br \/>\nTo make changes to your Auto Order by fax, you may complete the \u201cProduct Order \/ Auto Order Form\u201d and fax it to 1-800-289-8081. We ask that the fax be received no later than the Tuesday prior to the Auto Order processing to ensure that the changes are received and completed prior to 7:00 p.m. MST\/MDT the Friday before the Auto Order is scheduled to process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E-mail <\/strong><br \/>\nTo make changes to your Auto Order by e-mail, send an e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:CustomerService@usanainc.com\">CustomerService@usanainc.com<\/a> from the e-mail address listed on your account with USANA. We ask that the email be received the Tuesday prior to the Auto Order processing to ensure that the changes are received and completed prior to 7:00 p.m. MST\/MDT the Friday before the Auto Order is scheduled to process.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mail<\/strong><br \/>\nTo make changes to your Auto Order by mail, you may complete the \u201cProduct Order \/ Auto Order Form\u201d and mail it in to<\/p>\n<p>USANA<br \/>\n3838 W. Parkway Blvd<br \/>\nSalt Lake City, UT<br \/>\n84120<\/p>\n<p>We ask that the form be received no later than Tuesday prior to the Auto Order processing to ensure that the changes are received and completed prior to 7:00 p.m. MST\/MDT the Friday before the Auto Order is scheduled to process.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that at 12:00 a.m. MST\/MDT on Saturdays, USANA begins running the previous week\u2019s commission reports. Once completed, USANA then begins running the Auto Orders for the current commission week and any system updates that need to be completed over the weekend. With this, the system is taken offline for Auto Order changes to ensure that there are no processing errors due to changes being made at the time of processing. The timeframe varies depending on the amount of time taken to run the other reports, thus USANA has stated that all Auto Order changes must be received and completed before the close of the commission week prior to the Auto Order processing to be sure the changes have gone through and have been accepted. Due to the volume of Auto Orders that process each week, USANA cannot allow any changes once an Auto Order has processed.
