However, they must be 3 or more months away from expiration and in resalable condition.<\/p>\n<div>You may return or exchange a special\/promotion item unless noted otherwise.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>To return products to USANA:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>First make sure your product is in resalable condition<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Call USANA and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, arrange to either return for credit or exchange. RMA numbers are not currently available online.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Make sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the box. This number will make sure the product is processed when received.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>If exchanging for different products please make sure that you include a list of what products you would like to receive in the exchange along with all the information.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In order to exchange products you need to have your packslip (receipt).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You may exchange product that is &#8216;re-salable&#8217; and &#8216;reusable&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>You may exchange product for product or sales aids for sales aids.<\/li>\n<li>If the volume of the returned product is more than that of the exchanged product, you will lose the volume you do not replace.<\/li>\n<li>If you return your Welcome Kit and\/or merchandise equal to, or exceeding $200.00 for a refund, the return constitutes a voluntary cancellation of the Associate Agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>See USANA&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/askusana.com\/cae\/qa\/policies-procedures-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Terms and Policies<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Products may be returned up to a year from date of purchase.
