While other companies are required to follow the FDA\u2019s less stringent nutritional supplement standards, USANA\u2019s facilities can and will be inspected by the FDA under pharmaceutical guidelines\u2014the FDA\u2019s highest possible standard for manufacturers. Every step of the manufacturing process\u2014from the handling of raw materials to tabletting\u2014is required to comply with these strict guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>USANA has been voluntarily adhering to these exacting standards for years. Our compliance with pharmaceutical-grade Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) means no changes will need to be made to the manufacturing processes in order to comply with the increased FDA scrutiny.
