Pacesetter Program
As a Pacesetter, you receive special recognition and unlock extra incentives. You achieve this by completing the following in your first 13 weeks as a USANA Brand Partner:
- Sell at least 1,600 points in USANA products to personally enrolled Brand Partners, Preferred Customers, or Affiliates.*
- Build your business by enrolling four Brand Partners who activate at least one Business Center during your 13-week qualification period.
- United States & Europe only: At least two must be Brand Partners while the other two new enrollees can be another customer type.
- Retain your four new team members, helping them remain commission-qualified for at least eight consecutive weeks from activation.
Milestone Bonuses lead you from simply sharing products to growing your USANA business and earning weekly commissions. And the Milestone 3 bonus earns you an superior status—Pacesetter.

Pacesetter Program Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the minimum sales points requirement for each new Brand Partner, Preferred Customer, and/or Affiliate?
- Each Brand Partner must generate a minimum cumulative 150 sales points during the 13-week qualification period, activate at least one Business Center, and be commission qualified for their first two cycles. Preferred Customers and/or Affiliates must also purchase a minimum cumulative 150 sales points during the 13-week qualification period.
- What does it mean for a Brand Partner to be commission qualified for two consecutive cycles?
- To be commission qualified the Brand Partner’s Business Center must generate the minimum personal sales points requirements in each cycle for two consecutive cycles (or eight consecutive weeks). If the Brand Partner’s first cycle is one of the required two consecutive cycles, the first cycle must achieve the minimum personal sales points to activate the Business Center.
- Do Preferred Customer and Affiliate orders count toward my 1,600 sales points requirement?
- Yes, sales points generated from your Preferred Customer and Affiliate purchases count toward your 1,600 sales points requirement.
- Can I enroll a new Brand Partner in my 13th week to qualify for Pacesetter?
- Yes, but only if this new Brand Partner activates their Business Center during this week to be commission qualified for their first cycle. They must then stay commission qualified for their second cycle (starting week 17). You must generate the minimum 1,600 sales points requirement during your 13-week qualification period.Example (See image below): You enroll as a Brand Partner in your first week ending Friday, August 29. Your 13-week qualification period ends 13 Fridays from this week (November 21). If you enroll a new Brand Partner during your 13th week, their first week begins November 15. They must be commission qualified that week and the first week of their second cycle (December 19) for you to qualify as a Pacesetter.

- No, your new Brand Partner must generate a minimum 100 sales points order during their second cycle to be commission qualified.
- Does my new enrollee need to be commission qualified for two consecutive cycles?
- Yes, if their initial order activates their Business Center and they place another order (or Auto Order) with a minimum 100 sales points they will meet the two consecutive cycle requirement.
- When do my new enrollee’s two consecutive commission qualification cycles begin?
- The two consecutive cycles of commission qualification begin with the enrollee’s activation of at least one Business Center.Example (see image above): Your new enrollee enrolls on October 4. If they activate their Business Center their third week (beginning October 18), their first cycle starts this same week. In this case they must place their second order to remain qualified during the week of November 15–21). Once they place this order, they are commission qualified for two consecutive cycles).
- Do I, as the sponsor, also need to be commission qualified for two consecutive cycles?
- No, though you must be commission qualified before the end or your Pacesetter qualification period to earn your Pacesetter status.
- Do I earn the Milestone Bonus 3 if I achieve the Pacesetter qualification requirements in the first five weeks?
- Yes, Milestone Bonus 3 is earned upon completion of the Pacesetter qualification requirements. This bonus can be earned independently of Milestone Bonus 1 and 2.
- Why are the U.S. and EU allowed allowed to count two Preferred Customers and/or Affiliates to meet the Pacesetter four enrollment requirement?
- Regulatory requirements necessitate this in the U.S. and EU.
- Do Preferred Customers and/or Affiliates count toward Pacesetter enrollment requirements?
- US & EU: Two of your four enrollees may be from Preferred Customers and/or Affiliates (must have purchased minimum cumulative 150 sales points during the 13-week qualification period).
- Do the required Pacesetter sales points need to come from Brand Partners?
- No, the 1,600 sales points can be generated by Brand Partners, Preferred Customers, or Affiliates.
- How do I finalize my Pacesetter status?
- You qualify for Pacesetter status when the last criteria is met (enrolled the required number of Brand Partners who stay commission qualified for two consecutive cycles, accumulated 1,600 sales points, and your last enrollee meets their second commission qualification). Once qualified, you are eligible for the Matching Bonus. If a product return drops the accumulated sales points below the requirements within 30 days of qualification, Pacesetter status will be revoked. After this 30-day period, your Pacesetter status is finalized and will not change due to returns or cancellations.
- If one of my four enrollees cancels their Distributorship, do they still count as an enrollment?
- If they cancel during the qualification period, they do not count as one of your required enrollments. However, any sales points they generated still count toward your qualification, as long as the product is not returned during the qualification period.
