Elite Bonus

Effective October 11, 2025

When we say elite, we mean it. No other word can possibly explain the amazing reward our top income earners get every quarter. We call it the Elite Bonus because that’s what it is—the best reward for the best of the best.

Each quarter, a bonus pool equaling 1% of regional sales points is divided and rewarded to the top Brand Partners in the region. Aspire to become an elite leader in your market. Focusing on strong team growth and high overall sales is the best way to earn your Elite Bonus.

Elite Bonus Eligibility:

  1. One personally sponsored Gold Director or above has earned 13,000 commission points within the quarter.
  2. One Brand Partner within three generations has advanced to Gold Director or above within the last 52 weeks (as measured from the end of the quarter) and earned at least 600 commissions points during the quarter.
  3. A minimum 5% of your BC1’s group sales points must originate in your enrolled business market.

Brand Partners who meet the above requirements are then ranked by income. The top 20 income earners are issued shares of the Elite Bonus as follows:

  1. Two-thirds of shares are allocated to qualifiers with quarterly commission point growth compared to their average commission points for the prior four quarters. Qualifying Brand Partners receive a pool percentage based on individual growth when compared to the total growth of all qualifiers.
  2. One-third of shares is allocated to qualifiers based on their total quarterly commission points. Qualifying Brand Partners receive a pool percentage based on their quarterly total commission points when compared to the total quarterly commission points for all qualifiers.

FAQs

Is everyone in one pool for the Elite Bonus?
No. Both China and India have their own pool due to compensation plan differences and market regulations. All other markets are in one pool.

Can the same personally sponsored Brand Partner with 13,000 commission points count for two quarters?
Yes. If they meet the required 13,000 commission points in each quarter, they can count consecutively.

Is it possible for one Brand Partner’s rank advancement to count for four quarters.
Yes. Depending on the date of the Brand Partner’s rank advancement, they could count for four quarters. However, they must earn a commission check for at least 600 commission points in each qualifying quarter.

When you accumulate sales points from personally enrolled European Brand Partners or European Preferred Customers during the qualification period, you set yourself up for success and qualify for a bonus to travel to the most impactful in-person event of the year.

Qualifications
During the qualification period, Brand Partners accumulate sales points for any purchase (initial order, Subscribe & Save order, one-time order) made by personally sponsored European Brand Partners or European Preferred Customers enrolled since 1 January 2025.

The qualification period is 27 September–7 November 2025 (six weeks).

Rewards
The total sales points you accumulate will place you in one of three reward tiers:

Are there any restrictions or prohibitions?
Yes, the following restrictions apply:

  • The bonus is a one-time cash bonus and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
  • Any manipulation of the incentive or breach of the Distributor Agreement and Terms & Policies will result in disqualification and potential sanctions.

What happens if products generating the bonus are returned for a refund?
Bonuses paid under this promotion are based on actual sales, so they will be adjusted from existing volume and/or subtracted from future commission cheques if the products generating the bonus are returned for a refund.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The incentive is a one-time cash bonus and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • This is an individual-based incentive. A participant is an individual person or distributorship. All participants must reside in the EU markets. New enrolees must also reside in the EU markets.
  • Brand Partners and Preferred Customers can be enrolled in any period of the promotion. New Brand Partners enrolled during the promotion period are also eligible for the bonus themselves.
  • Brand Partners must be commission qualified to earn the bonus.
  • Brand Partners must purchase/own a 2026 Europe Convention ticket and attend the event to earn the bonus.
  • Bonus will be paid out the week after the 2026 Europe Convention.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e.: sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Centre other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this incentive, in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement.
  • All bonuses paid under this promotion are commissions based on actual sales. Thus, all bonuses will be adjusted from existing sales points and/or subtracted from future commission cheques if products that generated the bonus are returned for a refund.
  • Any breach of the Brand Partner Agreement and Terms & Policies will disqualify the Brand Partner from participation in this incentive in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement.
  • USANA reserves the right to discontinue or modify the incentive at any time during the incentive period if events beyond USANA’s control compromise the promotion’s fairness or integrity.
  • USANA, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive, refuse to award kits or gifts, and require the return of any gifts or kits if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the promotion or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the incentive.
  • USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the incentive.
  • This incentive may not be used for any form of gambling.
  • If for any reason the internet portion of the programme is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond USANA’s control, which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue the promotion or modify or suspend the incentive, if possible and as necessary, to correct any issue that prevents the fair, secure and proper administration of the promotion. Rules

  • This is an individual-based contest.
  • This trip is for two. Companion must be 18 years or older.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • There are no additional/alternative rewards for qualifying.
  • USANA will cover airfare from major airports of the winner’s home country to the incentive destination and back. All local airfare or land travel expenses to and from the major airports shall be borne by the winners.
  • Securing visas, travel insurance, and other travel documents associated with this trip is the full responsibility of the winners and at their own expense.
  • All transfers, local accommodations, and meals prior to departure and upon arrival to their home country is at the expense of the winners.
  • The maximum number of distributorship qualifiers is two persons. In cases with more than two in a distributorship, the main applicant must advise USANA in writing through their market’s sales team who will be joining the incentive trip.
  • Qualifier’s guest may be any friend or family member who is not a USANA Associate. Guests may only be another USANA Associate if they are immediate family.
  • Each qualifier must remain commission qualified from their incentive qualification date to the time of the event.
  • Qualification for 2025 Growth 10 is non-transferable.
  • The fair market prize value may be considered income to the qualifier. All taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the qualifier.

  • If the main applicant cannot attend Growth 10, their trip will be cancelled and their guest will not be able to attend.
  • All participants must reside in one of the following countries: United Kingdom, Spain, Romania, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, France, or Belgium.
  • Any attempts to avoid compliance with these rules or with the Associate Agreement will result in an automatic disqualification from the contest in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement. If a prize winner voluntarily or involuntarily terminates his/her distributorship under the terms of the Associate Agreement before the end of the contest, they will forfeit any right to a prize.
  • USANA reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event an advertised prize is unavailable.

Get commission earlier and easier with this Distributor-first change to our Compensation Plan. A new minimum Group Sales Volume (GSV) lowers the qualification for commission payout.

Now every USANA Europe Distributor earns a commission cheque when each side of their Business Centre (BC) reaches a minimum of 50 GSV instead of 125 GSV. 50 GSV earns the Distributor 10 Commission Volume Points (CVP), which is converted to your local currency and paid out.

Example:
Sofia chooses to build her USANA business with one BC. In a single week, her BC accumulates sales totaling 60 GSV on the left side and 50 GSV on the right. She’s reached the new 50 GSV minimum and will receive a commission cheque. Her payout is calculated by multiplying the GSV on her small side by 20%.

In this example, the right side is the small side. 50 GSV points x 20% (0.2) = 10 CVP.

These points are converted into Sofia’s local currency and paid to her.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is the qualification threshold going to change?
A: No, the qualification of your BCs will remain the same. To qualify 1 BC you will need 100 Personal Volume (PV) or more, to qualify 3 or more BCs you will need 200 PV or more.

Q: Is the weekly payment schedule going to change?
A: No, USANA will pay your commissions as usual, following the current USANA weekly payments.

Q: Could I balance my BCs with less than 50 SVP on each side and still receive commission?
A: No, to be eligible to earn commissions, the minimum amount of SVP you should accumulate in one week on each side of your BC is 50 SVP.

Q: Will a Distributor I sponsor in a country outside of Europe benefit from this opportunity?
A: No, the Commission Payment Adjustment is only available for European markets.

Q: Do all the earnings in a distributorship count towards the 10 CVP payout?
A: Yes, all earnings such as PC Bonus, earnings from the Compensation Plan, Lifetime Matching Bonus, and other bonuses will count towards the 10 CVP threshold.
