Qualifications
During the qualification period, Brand Partners accumulate sales points for any purchase (initial order, Subscribe & Save order, one-time order) made by personally sponsored European Brand Partners or European Preferred Customers enrolled since 1 January 2025.
The qualification period is 27 September–7 November 2025 (six weeks).
Rewards
The total sales points you accumulate will place you in one of three reward tiers:
Tier 1: 400 SVP = 100 € | 85£ | RON 500 bonus
Tier 2: 800 SVP = 200 € | 170£ | RON 1,000 bonus
Tier 3: 1,200 SVP = 300 € | 255£ | RON 1,500 bonus
Bonuses are paid the week after the 2026 Europe Convention, pending ethics approval. Brand Partners must be commission qualified, have a convention ticket purchased in their name, and attend the event.

Who is eligible to participate in the promotion?
All Distributors in the EU markets are eligible to participate, regardless of their enrolment date.
What is the promotion period?
The promotion period is six weeks, from 27 September –7 November 2025.
What are the rules to qualify for the bonus?
During the qualification period (27 September –7 November 2025), Brand Partners must accumulate a minimum of 400 sales points for any purchase made by personally sponsored Brand Partners and/or European Preferred Customers enrolled since 1 January 2025.
How much is the bonus for each threshold?
The bonus amounts are as follows:
- 400 SP: €100 | £85 | RON 500
- 800 SP: €200 | £170 | RON 1,000
- 1,200 SP: €300 | £255 | RON 1,500
When will the bonuses be paid?
Bonuses will be paid the week after the 2026 USANA Live Europe Convention ends, pending Ethics review.
Are there any additional requirements to earn the bonus?
Yes, Brand Partners must be commission qualified, have a Convention ticket purchased in their name, and must attend the 2026 USANA Live Europe Convention to earn the bonus.
Can new enrollees participate in the promotion?
Yes, new Brand Partners enrolled during the promotion period are also eligible for the bonus.
Are there any restrictions or prohibitions?
Yes, the following restrictions apply:
- The bonus is a one-time cash bonus and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The promotion is void where prohibited by law.
- Any manipulation of the incentive or breach of the Distributor Agreement and Terms & Policies will result in disqualification and potential sanctions.
What happens if products generating the bonus are returned for a refund?
Bonuses paid under this promotion are based on actual sales, so they will be adjusted from existing volume and/or subtracted from future commission cheques if the products generating the bonus are returned for a refund.
Terms and Conditions:
- The incentive is a one-time cash bonus and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- This is an individual-based incentive. A participant is an individual person or distributorship. All participants must reside in the EU markets. New enrolees must also reside in the EU markets.
- Brand Partners and Preferred Customers can be enrolled in any period of the promotion. New Brand Partners enrolled during the promotion period are also eligible for the bonus themselves.
- Brand Partners must be commission qualified to earn the bonus.
- Brand Partners must purchase/own a 2026 Europe Convention ticket and attend the event to earn the bonus.
- Bonus will be paid out the week after the 2026 Europe Convention.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e.: sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Centre other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this incentive, in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement.
- All bonuses paid under this promotion are commissions based on actual sales. Thus, all bonuses will be adjusted from existing sales points and/or subtracted from future commission cheques if products that generated the bonus are returned for a refund.
- Any breach of the Brand Partner Agreement and Terms & Policies will disqualify the Brand Partner from participation in this incentive in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement.
- USANA reserves the right to discontinue or modify the incentive at any time during the incentive period if events beyond USANA’s control compromise the promotion’s fairness or integrity.
- USANA, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive, refuse to award kits or gifts, and require the return of any gifts or kits if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the promotion or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the incentive.
- USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the incentive.
- This incentive may not be used for any form of gambling.
- If for any reason the internet portion of the programme is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond USANA’s control, which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue the promotion or modify or suspend the incentive, if possible and as necessary, to correct any issue that prevents the fair, secure and proper administration of the promotion. USANA also reserves the right to disqualify any individual, who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the incentive in the event of such tampering. In such event, USANA further reserves the right to award gifts to the players with the most points as of the termination date.
- USANA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. USANA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this incentive.
- By participating in the promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless USANA and its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies, and agents (collectively the “RELEASE PARTIES”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion; unauthorised human intervention in the promotion; and injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the promotion and any associated events. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the RELEASE PARTIES’ liability shall be limited to the cost of participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the RELEASED PARTIES be liable for attorney fees and entrant waives the right to claim any further damages, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
- Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and cause of action out of or connected with the promotion shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Utah, without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrant agrees that disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and with exclusive jurisdiction in the State of Utah.
