Track Your Pacesetter Progress in Real Time

The Pacesetter widget is on your Hub dashboard. It shows up automatically when you’re in a qualification period when you first enroll.

What the Widget Tracks
The widget tracks Pacesetter qualification:

  • A countdown showing how many weeks you have left
  • Your qualifying enrollments
  • Your current sales points toward the 1,600-point goal
  • A checkmark when you’ve met all requirements

How to Read the Widget
The Pacesetter widget gives a quick visual breakdown of your qualification progress.
Here’s what each part means:

  • Circle icons represent your enrollment progress.
    • You need four qualifying customers. Each icon fills in when one of those enrolments is confirmed.
  • Progress bar tracks your sales points toward the 1,600-point total. You’ll see multiple colour indicators:
    • Light pink = sales points generated, but still in the 30-day return window
    • Dark pink = finalized points that officially count toward your goal
    • Gray = remaining points needed to reach 1,600 sales points
  • The checkmark appears once you’ve completed both requirements.

Get the Details
At the bottom of the widget, there’s a direct link to your Pacesetter Report. This shows the names of customers contributing to your progress, what they’ve ordered, and whether their points are finalized. Use this to see exactly where you stand and who to follow up with.

You’ll see:

  • Who is contributing to your qualification
  • What orders they’ve placed
  • Which customers are commission qualified and which ones still need to be

Use the report to manage your time, coach your team, and hit your target.

In this table, Gen refers to the “genealogy” of the Brand Partner sponsorship. Brand Partner A’s personally sponsored Brand Partners are 1st generation. 1st generation Brand Partners’ personally sponsored Brand Partners are 2nd generation. 2nd generation Brand Partners’ personally sponsored Brand Partners are 3rd generation.

Each Leadership Level earns a Maxed Business Center Multiplier. Shares earned are calculated by multiplying this number by the Brand Partner’s total maxed Business Centers. Actual share value is based on the global sales points generated that week and the number of shares issued.

Example: In the prior 13 weeks you had 12 “Personally Sponsored, Check-Earning Directors or Above” (Retention) placing you in Leadership Level 3. You also had 7 “3-Gen Directors and Above who Rank Advanced in the Last Year” (Duplication), for Leadership Level 2. Your final Leadership Level for the current week is the lower of the two numbers—so Level 2. This makes your Maxed BC Multiplier a 1.5. If you maxed 3 BCs both last week and this week (two consecutive weeks required), you’ll receive 4.5 shares.

Track Your Leadership Bonus
By using the Leadership Bonus Report in Team Manager, you can see everything you need to know about the Leadership Bonus. It features a generational tree view that shows the first three generations of your team. Plus, it helps you track your progress toward earning the next leadership level and which team members to work with.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. If my personally sponsored Brand Partner rank advanced to Director last year and after 52 weeks, they rank advance to Gold Director, does it count as one of the “3-Gen Rank Advancement” duplication requirements the second year?
A. Yes, each Brand Parter who rank advances counts only once in a rolling 52-week period. If the same Brand Partner rank advances again during a new 52-week period, this rank advancement is also counted.

Q. Leadership Bonus has a lot of requirements. How do I track where I stand each week?
A. A new Team Manager report and a widget on The Hub will help you monitor your weekly standing and identify opportunities to grow your team to earn a higher Leadership Bonus.

Q. Do bonuses count towards the Retention Check–Earning requirement?
A. All commission points counting towards rank advancement count towards the Check–Earning requirement (if they’ve met the minimum 50 commission points). This includes base commissions, New Sales Bonus, and PC Order Bonus.

Q. Does a Brand Partner’s check need to earn minimum commission points to meet the Retention requirement?
A. Yes, they must earn at least a 50 commission point check in the rolling 13-week period.

Q. How will I know who is in my 3 Generations?
A. A report and Generation View of your organization is in Team Manager to monitor your generations.

Q. For the Leadership / Duplication requirement, does “in the last year” refer to a rolling year or the last calendar year?
A. It refers to a rolling year—the last 52 weeks.

Q. Does my rank dictate how many shares I can earn?
A. No. Silver Directors and above are eligible for the Leadership Bonus. Your rank does not matter once this qualification is met.

Q. Can the same Brand Partner count towards both the Retention and the Leadership / Duplication requirement?
A. Yes. A Brand Partner can count towards both requirements. A Rank Advancement is counted the week after the commission week (when they qualified at their new rank) ends.

Q. How do I know how many shares I will be awarded in a current week?
A. Multiply the Maxed BC Multiplier by the number of your maxed BCs to determine the number of shares you earn that week.

Example: Last week you had 12 in your Retention column (Level 3 rounded down) and 8 in your Duplication Column (Level 2 rounded down). Your calculated Leadership Level is 2 (lower of the qualification columns), giving you a 1.5 Maxed BC Multiplier. You also maxed 3 of your BCs. If you max those same BCs again this week, you’ll multiply those 3 by the Multiplier of 1.5 for 4.5 shares awarded.

Q. What is the maximum Maxed BC Multiplier?
A. The maximum Maxed BC Multiplier is currently 4, as shown in requirement chart.

Q. Do I need to remain commission qualified to earn Leadership Bonus?
A. Yes, in addition to the Leadership Bonus requirements, you must be commission qualified. Brand Partners counting towards your Retention requirement do not need to be commission qualified; however, they would need to be commission qualified at some point in the 13-week period for them to earn a check.
