Seven-day Cooling-off Policy for the United Kingdom
According to United Kingdom law, a new Associate may order only 200 GBP worth of product (including VAT and other applicable charges) during the first seven days after he/she enrolls as a new Associate. Once this 7-day period has passed, the new Associate can order business packs or any combination of individual products to begin building his/her new USANA business. For example, if you become an Associate on a Tuesday, you won’t be able to order more than 200 GBP worth of USANA product until the following Tuesday.
Preferred Customers do not enter into a business agreement with USANA; thus, the 200 GBP policy does not apply to Preferred Customers.
