    Q: If I rank advance from Sharer to Builder, will I still receive the gift for Believer?<\/strong>
    \nA: No, you\u2019ll only receive the gift for achieving Builder, not any ranks you skip.<\/p>\n

    Q: If I am a Silver Director now, will I receive these new gifts for rank advancements made in the past?<\/strong>
    \nA: No. You will only receive gifts from rank advancements starting the commission week of 8 February 2025.<\/p>\n

    Rules<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Rank advance gifts are open to Distributors in the EU markets (UK, FR, DE, IT, ES, RO, NL, BE)<\/li>\n
    2. Any manipulation of this promotion, i.e., sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Centre other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this promotion, in addition to any sanctions under the Distributor Agreement.<\/li>\n
    3. Any breach of the Distributor Agreement or Terms & Policies will disqualify them from participation in rank advancement gifts, in addition to any sanctions under the Distributor Agreement.<\/li>\n
    4. Taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.<\/li>\n
    5. No substitution or transfer of gifts is permitted. USANA reserves the right to substitute a gift for one of equal or greater value in the event an advertised gift is unavailable.<\/li>\n
    6. USANA reserves the right to discontinue or modify the promotion at any time during the promotion period if events beyond USANA\u2019s control compromise the promotion\u2019s fairness or integrity.<\/li>\n
    7. USANA, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the promotion, refuse to award gifts, and require the return of any gifts if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the promotion or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the promotion.<\/li>\n
    8. USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the promotion.<\/li>\n
