  • Option 1:<\/strong> Achieve 30,000 CVP growth within two consecutive years of your regional qualification periods.<\/li>\n
  • Option 2:<\/strong> Achieve all previous Executive Diamond Summit qualifications with the addition of positive CVP growth during the incentive qualification dates (21 October 2023\u201318 October 2024).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualification Period (Option 2)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Qualify during 21 October 2023\u201318 October 2024 by achieving all previous Executive Diamond Summit qualifications with the addition of positive CVP growth.<\/p>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Associate must have advanced at least one rank after 1 July 2014 to that of a Diamond or a Star Diamond Director.<\/li>\n
    • Associate must not<\/strong> have attended an Executive Diamond Summit at the same rank before.<\/li>\n
    • Associate must have positive CVP growth during the qualification period.<\/li>\n
    • Associate must earn rank-level CVP requirement for a period of any consecutive 13 weeks, after<\/strong> rank advancement, and within <\/strong>the 52-week annual qualification period:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The 13 consecutive weeks start after <\/strong>a new rank is achieved. Therefore, if <\/em>an Associate<\/em> advances <\/em>to a new Diamond rank and proceeds to qualify for the Summit without a break, the CVP from the four weeks that qualify him or her for the rank advancement does not count<\/strong> towards the 13-week requirement.<\/em><\/p>\n

      There is no time limit for the achievement of the 13-week rank-level CVP. <\/em>An Associate<\/em> can qualify for the Summit several years after the actual rank advancement, as long as the rank remains at the start of a qualification period.<\/em><\/p>\n

      The 13 consecutive weeks must fall entirely within a qualification period<\/strong>. Therefore, if<\/em> an Associate<\/em> achieves rank-level CVP for nine weeks immediately before a cut-off and follows that with another four weeks after the cut-off day, he or she will not qualify for the<\/em> Summit even though the entire 13-week CVP met rank-level requirement.<\/em>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
