The top 25 Associates win this prestigious recognition, with the best earning the President\u2019s Award.<\/p>\n

To qualify, grow your CVP from 31 December 2022\u201329 December 2023 against the previous 52 weeks.<\/p>\n

Associates with 15,000 CVP growth also receive special perks at Convention.<\/p>\n

Sales Leader Award<\/strong><\/big>
\nRecognises the Associates with the highest Sales Volume Points (SVP).
\nSkyrocketing sales equal sensational business growth. This award crowns USANA\u2019s top 25 Associates who earn the most SVP from personally sponsored Associates and Preferred Customers enrolled during the qualification period.<\/p>\n

Winners generate the most SVP from 31 December 2022\u201329 December 2023.<\/p>\n

Those who exceed 20,000 SVP also receive special recognition at Convention.<\/p><\/div>\n

The Rising Star Award recipient with the top CVP is crowned Rookie of the Year.<\/p><\/div>\n

Leadership starts with you. And your ability to help other Associates reach new heights is what the Community Leader Award is all about. How you lead your team from 31 December 2022\u201329 December 2023\u00a0can earn your place in the top 25 for this exclusive award.<\/p>\n

Every personally sponsored Associate who rank advances from Sharer to Silver Director earns you one point. If your personally sponsored Associate skips a rank between Sharer and Silver Director, you\u2019ll receive one point for each pin level.<\/p>\n

Any Associate who achieves 30 points receives special perks at Convention.<\/p><\/div>\n

Retention Leader Award<\/big><\/strong>
\nAwarded to the top 25 Associates who retain consistent four-week orders from brand new customers. Building customer trust with products that work is a stellar business-building skill.<\/p>\n

SVP from each order from a new customer or team member every four weeks earns a Associate one point. Initial orders do not count. Share your USANA story with new, personally sponsored customers and team members, 31 December 2022\u201329 December 2023, to earn this award.<\/p>\n
