Frequently Asked Questions
A. To participate in the 2025 Asia Pacific Growth incentive, you must opt in. We’ll measure your Commission Volume Points (CVP) during the contest period through qualifying sales to determine if you qualify.
Q. What is CVP growth?
A. Commission Volume Points (CVP) are earned weekly from the balanced group Sales Volume on the left and right sides of your Business Centres. Auto Order max is included in CVP calculation. It does not include Matching Bonus, Leadership Bonus, Elite Bonus, or any other cash prizes earned from contests and promotions.Year-over-year CVP growth is calculated by subtracting your 2023 CVP earned (30 December 2022–29 December 2023) from the growth period (30 December 2023–27 December 2024).
Q. I qualified for the trip for two but don’t have a co-applicant, or my co-applicant cannot attend. Can I bring someone who is not a USANA Distributor?
A. Yes. You can invite either a friend or a family member to share your room.
Q. I qualified for a room for two. Can I invite a third participant to stay with us?
A. No. The reward is limited to two people.
Q. I qualified for the trip for two, but neither my co-applicant nor I can go. Can I invite others to go in our places?
A. No. At least one main applicant or co-applicant must attend. The trip cannot be transferred or used by anyone else.
Q. What is the maximum number of qualifiers per distributorship?
A. Two qualifiers per distributorship may attend. In instances where more than two are in a distributorship, the main applicant must advise USANA, in writing through their market’s sales team, the name of the second incentive trip attendee.
Q. Can I qualify for multiple levels?
A. No. Distributors will receive the highest reward earned.
Q. At 25,000 CVP growth I qualify for the trip for two, plus the US $1,000 travel voucher. I purchased my round-trip air tickets for two for US $850 a month ago. Do I get $1,000 or $850 from USANA?
A. You’ll receive the full US $1,000. Spend the remaining $150 however you’d like. If your flights totaled more than $1,000, you would pay the difference. We recommend you book your travel early before ticket prices become too expensive.
