2024 EU Convention Bonus Promotion

By accumulating SVP from personally enrolled Distributors or Preferred Customers (PCs), you can earn bonuses to help you travel and attend our 2024 EU Convention in France. This once-a-year, in-person event is sure to expand your business, inspire ways to boost sales, and help you network with like-minded individuals—because nothing replaces face-to-face.
Qualifications
Distributors accumulate SVP for any purchase made (initial order, Auto Order, etc.) during the qualification period by personally sponsored Distributors or PCs enrolled since 1 July 2023.
The qualification period is 6 January–16 February 2024 (6 weeks).
Rewards
The total SVP you accumulate will place you in one of three reward tiers:
Tier 1: 400 SVP = €100 bonus
Tier 2: 800 SVP = €200 bonus
Tier 3: 1,200 SVP = €300 bonus + Special Surprise
Bonuses are paid the week after the convention ends.

Q. Who is eligible to participate in the promotion?
A. All Distributors in the European markets are eligible to participate, regardless of their enrolment date.
Q. What is the promotion period?
A. The promotion period spans 6 weeks, from 6 January–16 February, 2024.
Q. What are the rules to qualify for the bonus?
A. During the qualification period (6 January–16 February, 2024), Distributors must accumulate a minimum of 400 SVP (Sales Volume Points) for any purchase made by personally sponsored Distributors and/or Preferred Customers enrolled since 1 July, 2023.
Q. How much is the bonus for each threshold?
A. The bonus amounts are as follows:
- 400 SVP: €100 (£85 / RON 500)
- 800 SVP: €200 (£170 / RON 1,000)
- 1,200 SVP: €300 (£255 / RON 1,500) + Special Surprise
Q. When will the bonuses be paid?
A. Bonuses will be paid in the week AFTER the convention ends.
Q. Are there any additional requirements to earn the bonus?
A. Yes, in order to earn the bonus, Distributors MUST be commission-qualified and MUST purchase/own a convention ticket and MUST attend the event.
Q. Can new enrolees participate in the promotion?
A. Yes, new Distributors enrolled during the promotion period are also eligible for the bonus.
Q. Are there any restrictions or prohibitions to be aware of?
A. The bonus is a one-time cash bonus and is non-refundable and non-transferable. The promotion is void where prohibited by law. Any manipulation of the incentive or breach of the Distributor Agreement and Terms & Policies will result in disqualification and potential sanctions.
Q. What happens if products generating the bonus are returned for a refund?
A. Bonuses paid under this promotion are based on actual sales, so they will be adjusted from existing volume and/or subtracted from future commission cheques if the products generating the bonus are returned for a refund.
Additional Rules
- The bonus is a one-time cash bonus and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- This is an individual-based incentive. A participant is an individual person or distributorship. All participants must reside in the EU markets. New enrolees must also reside in the EU markets.
- Distributors and PCs can be enrolled in any period of the promotion. New Distributors enrolled during the promotion period are also eligible for the bonus themselves.
- Distributors must be commission qualified to earn the bonus.
- Distributors must purchase/own a convention ticket to earn the bonus.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e.: sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Centre other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this incentive, in addition to any sanctions under the Distributor Agreement.
- All bonuses paid under this promotion are commissions based on actual sales. Thus all bonuses will be adjusted from existing volume and/or subtracted from future commission cheques if products that generated the bonus are returned for a refund.
- Any breach of the Distributor Agreement and Terms & Policies will disqualify Distributor from participation in this incentive in addition to any sanctions under the Distributor Agreement.
- USANA reserves the right to discontinue or modify the incentive at any time during the incentive period if events beyond USANA’s control compromise the promotion’s fairness or integrity.
- USANA, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive, refuse to award kits or gifts, and require the return of any gifts or kits if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the promotion or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the incentive.
- USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the incentive.
- This incentive may not be used for any form of gambling.
- If for any reason the internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond USANA’s control, which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue the promotion or modify or suspend the incentive, if possible and as necessary, to correct any issue that prevents the fair, secure and proper administration of the promotion. USANA also reserves the right to disqualify any individual, who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the incentive in the event of such tampering. In such event, USANA further reserves the right to award gifts to the players with the most points as of the termination date.
- USANA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. USANA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this incentive.
