How to Qualify<\/h2>\n

Becoming a member of the USANA Entrepreneur Milestone Club is a prestigious honor that celebrates your dedication, leadership, and long-term success. To qualify, Brand Partners must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n

Qualification Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Actively build and develop your USANA business both locally and globally.<\/li>\n
  • Achieve the earnings threshold amount of 1,000,000 commission points during their lifetime with USANA.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain commission-qualified status and remain in good standing with USANA.<\/li>\n
  • Brand Partners who have reached this milestone prior to May 22, 2022 are automatically part of the UEM Club.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            \nBrand Partners who qualify for the USANA Entrepreneur Milestone Club will receive a custom blazer featuring the official UEM Club patch. Those who achieve this milestone will be presented with their blazer and pin by their local market sales team.<\/p>\n

            USANA Entrepreneur Milestone Club Pin<\/strong>
            \nIn addition to the blazer, each new UEM Club member will receive a commemorative pin to celebrate their achievement. These pins will be distributed across all markets. Those who qualify after that date will receive their pin and blazer through their respective markets.<\/p>\n

            Convention Recognition<\/strong>
            \nDuring the annual and regional conventions, an exclusive function will be held for all active UEM Club members. New members will be inducted to the program during this function.<\/p>\n

            This event will include the formal induction of new members into the program. It includes a red-carpet welcome, photo opportunities, and USANA leaders personally congratulating each member. This memorable moment is designed to celebrate your journey and recognize your outstanding success.<\/p>\n

            Rules<\/h2>\n
              \n
            1. No purchase is necessary to participate.<\/li>\n
            2. The UEM Club function is intended for two attendees. Companions must be 18 years of age or older to attend.<\/li>\n
            3. A participant may be an individual or a distributorship. If a distributorship includes multiple individuals, all point entries will be combined under that account.<\/li>\n
            4. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/li>\n
            5. Participants who were previously members of the Million Dollar Club are automatically included in the USANA Entrepreneur Milestone Club. By registering for and attending the annual USANA Convention, they will receive a UEM Club pin, a patch for their existing blazer, and the option to purchase a UEM Club blazer if they do not already own one.<\/li>\n
            6. Any attempt to violate these rules or the Brand Partner Agreement will result in immediate disqualification from the contest and may lead to further sanctions. If a prize winner voluntarily or involuntarily terminates their distributorship before the contest ends, they will forfeit their prize.<\/li>\n
            7. Any form of contest manipulation\u2014including but not limited to sponsorship manipulation or placing sales orders in incorrect Business Centers\u2014will result in disqualification and may lead to additional sanctions.<\/li>\n
            8. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and accept that USANA\u2019s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.<\/li>\n
            9. Taxes, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.<\/li>\n
            10. USANA is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical errors of any kind, including equipment malfunctions or human error. USANA reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest if unforeseen circumstances compromise its fairness or integrity.<\/li>\n
            11. USANA may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who engages in conduct deemed improper, unfair, or detrimental to the contest or other participants. This includes falsifying personal information.<\/li>\n
            12. USANA reserves the right to clarify or modify these rules without materially altering the contest\u2019s terms and conditions.<\/li>\n
            13. This contest may not be used for gambling or any similar activity.<\/li>\n
            14. If the online portion of the contest is disrupted due to technical issues (e.g., viruses, fraud, or unauthorized intervention), USANA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest and award prizes based on performance up to the point of termination.<\/li>\n
            15. USANA assumes no responsibility for technical malfunctions, including issues with phone lines, servers, software, or internet traffic that may affect participation.<\/li>\n
            16.
