As part of our continued effort to support modern, flexible ways of working, webmail is being discontinued.<\/p>\n<p>Over time, we&#8217;ve seen webmail usage steadily decline as communication has naturally shifted toward mobile, messaging, and video. This chance allows us to reinvest in tools that better support how you connect, share, and follow up.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll start seeing the benefits of this focus through tools already available to you, including USANA Connect, and more in the future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The final day of webmail access will be June 20, 2026<\/strong>. After that date email mailboxes will no longer be accessible. To ensure you keep anything you&#8217;d like to reference later, we recommend exporting your email before then.<\/p>\n<p>The simplest way to do this through Zimbra Webmail:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log into Zimbra Webmail<\/li>\n<li>Go to Preferences<\/li>\n<li>Select Import\/Export<\/li>\n<li>Export your mailbox<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you prefer, you can also export your email using tools such as IMAPSYNC or by copying messages to an external email client.<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;d like help at any point, customer service is available to support you through June 20, or visit The Hub to learn more.<\/p>\n<p>Email remains an important part of communication, even as the tools we use evolve.
