Password Requirements
As of October 3, 2018, USANA updated the password requirements:

You will be required to change your password every twelve months (from the last time the password was changed.)

You cannot use the same password twice in an 18-month period.

Your password will be required to have a minimum of eight characters, one capital letter, and one number. (Example: “janedoe” will not work, but “JaneDoe1” will)

For security purposes, we will notify you each time your password has been updated.

Customer Service will no longer be able to reset passwords. But, they will be able to send you a link to the “Forgot your password?” page, from The Hub where you can answer security questions and reset your password.
