Matching Bonus Program
Pacesetters receive a bonus equal to 10% of the weekly base commissions earned by Brand Partners you’ve enrolled who also become Pacesetters. Your total Matching Bonus can equal your weekly base commission.
Brand Partner A enrolled 12 weeks ago. They’re excited to sell products, build a team, and earn Milestone Bonuses to reach Pacesetter. This week they generated 1,600 sales points from purchases made by personally-sponsored Brand Partners, Preferred Customers, and Affiliates*. They also enrolled the fourth new Brand Partner, Brand Partner B.
If Brand Partner B—along with the other three new Brand Partners—activates at least one Business Center during the 13-week qualification four-week rolling period and remains commission qualified for two consecutive four-week rolling periods, Brand Partner A will earn Pacesetter.
And if Brand Partner B reaches Pacesetter, Brand Partner A is rewarded with 10% Matching Bonus on Brand Partner B’s base commissions. As a sponsor, Brand Partner A will keep earning this 10% match by annually requalifying for Pacesetter

- No, you only earn a Matching Bonus if you are a Pacesetter and your personally sponsored Brand Partner has achieved Pacesetter in their first 13 weeks.
- Do I need to be commission qualified to earn the Matching Bonus?
- Yes.
- Why is the Matching Bonus capped at my Base Commission value?
- Base Compensation Plan commission is the heart of your business. The Matching Bonus is an extra perk for those who qualify. Because it’s a bonus, it cannot exceed Base Commission.
- What is considered Base Commission?
- Base Commission is your weekly earnings from the group sales points that flow through your Business Center(s). It does not include any bonuses.
- If there’s an amount above the capped Base Commission, does it bank for later?
- No, banking is not part of the Matching Bonus program.
- If someone in my downline is working on their qualification, does this amount bank?
- No, banking is not part of the Matching Bonus program.
- What happens to the weekly Matching Bonus amount that’s more than my Base Commission?
- Matching Bonus does not roll over the same way Base Commissions do. Your Matching Bonus cannot exceed your Base Commission—anything above this amount resets the following week.
- Do existing Premier Platinum Pacesetters continue earning the Matching Bonus at the old rate?
- Beginning October 11, 2025, the Matching Bonus is 10% for all Pacesetters.
- Pacesetters enrolled prior to July 8, 2025, earn a Matching Bonus at their old rate through October 10, 2025.
