Growth is the key to any successful business, and the President Award honors the Associate with the greatest growth compared to the previous year. It is calculated by comparing Commission Volume Points (CVP) earned during the previous recognition year to CVP earned during the current qualifying period. The Associate with the highest CVP increase year over year receives the President’s Award.
