• Existing non-Platinum Pacesetter Brand Partners who requalify by October 10, 2025.
• Newly enrolled Brand Partners who achieve Pacesetter by October 10, 2025.
• Existing Platinum Pacesetters do not need to requalify during this period.

When:

• Qualifiers will receive the Double Matching Bonus through July 10, 2026—once they and their new Brand Partner qualify as a Pacesetter and create a Matching Bonus relationship.

Promotion Details

1. Brand Partners enroll  new team members during the July 8–October 10, 2025 enrollment  period.
2. When both the sponsor and enrollee qualify for Pacesetter, the sponsor’s Matching Bonus doubles through July 10, 2026.
3. The Double Matching Bonus is paid via the related account on the same week the Matching Bonus is paid.
4. It shows as a “Matching Bonus” commission adjustment.
5. Both Matching Bonus and Double Matching Bonus apply to the following:
   • Executive Diamond Summit
   • Elite Bonus (counts toward income and qualifiers, but not growth)
6. Matching Bonus DOES NOT count toward:
   • Rank Advancement & Growth qualifications
   • Leadership Bonus
   • Executive 13-week Rank Advancement
7. This promotion is available to all USANA Brand Partners except those in India.
8. To be eligible, the sponsoring Brand Partner must be a commission-qualified Pacesetter.
9. This bonus is not available for Brand Partners with accounts on hold, canceled or frozen, under investigation, and so on.
10. The right to interpretation belongs solely to USANA.
11. Double Matching Bonus cannot exceed qualifier’s base commissions.

Rules

1. This is an individual-based incentive.
2. A participant is an individual person or a distributorship.
3. Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e., sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Center other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this incentive, in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement.
4. Any breach of the Agreement and Terms & Policies will disqualify Brand Partners from participation in the Double Matching Bonus incentive in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement.
5. USANA reserves the right to discontinue or modify the incentive at any time during the incentive period if events beyond USANA’s control compromise the incentive’s fairness or integrity.
6. USANA is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected online entries or transactions for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information whether caused by any equipment or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error, or malfunctions.
7. USANA, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive, refuse to award points, bonus, or commission, and require the return of any bonus or commission if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the incentive or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the incentive or otherwise tampering with the entry process.
8. USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the incentive.
9. This incentive may not be used for any form of gambling.
10. If for any reason the internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond USANA’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this incentive, USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the incentive.
11. USANA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. USANA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials for this incentive.
12. USANA reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of incentive winners for printed and online media to market USANA products and incentives.
