During the Lunar New Year campaign, Brand Partners around the world will be focused on the same quest: bringing in new customers, getting repeat orders, and building steady momentum from the very start of the year.

As soon as you bring in a new enrollment during the campaign window, every qualifying order starts counting toward your personal, market, and global goals.

How the Campaign Works
Here’s what happens once the campaign begins:

  • Earn more from every new relationship
    New Sales Bonus commission points from your new enrollments—and from all repeat orders those new customers place during the campaign—will count toward your personal, market, and global goals.
  • See your progress as you go
    A tracker on The Hub will show live progress at the global, market, and personal level so you always know where you stand.
  • Feel the global momentum
    Leaderboards will rank markets by percentage of goal achieved, giving you a clear view of how your market is performing and how your effort contributes to the bigger picture.
Goal Tracking and Rules
  • All New Sales Bonus commission points earned from new Brand Partners enrolled January 3–March 27, 2026, count toward the campaign.
  • Any New Sales Bonus commission points from qualifying new Brand Partners’ orders during the campaign period contribute to your personal, market, and global milestones.
  • The widget tracks progress in near real time, including market rankings based on the percentage of goal achieved.
Participation Requirements

To qualify for any campaign rewards, you must meet both of the following requirements:

  • Enroll at least one new customer during the campaign period, and the enrollment must include at least one commission point from an initial order. Enrollments without an order do not count toward campaign goals or rewards.
  • Earn a total of 20 New Sales Bonus commission points from customers enrolled during the campaign window. These 20 commission points may come from one customer or multiple customers.

If you meet both requirements, you are “in the game” for all campaign rewards connected to your activity.

Rewards

When you move, you earn—and this year, your activity can pay off in multiple ways. There are rewards at the global, market, and individual level.

Global Goal Reward
If we reach the 1,000,764 global commission point goal by the end of the campaign, all qualifying Brand Partners will unlock an exclusive global training event featuring Kathryn Armstrong, PhD and a special guest. This training is a special, campaign‑only experience focused on business building, customer retention, and long‑term growth. It will be streamed multiple times to accommodate global time zones, with follow‑up training available on demand.

Market Goal Reward
Each market has its own commission point goal designed around retaining and supporting new customers. When a market hits its goal, every qualifying Brand Partner in that market will receive a complimentary bottle of Procosa, shipped with their Subscribe & Save order beginning mid‑April. This product reward recognizes your direct contribution to your market’s success.

Individual Rewards – Limited-Edition Pins
Collectible pins are back in 2026.

  • Earn one pin for every 20 commission points in New Sales Bonuses from new customers during the campaign.
  • Earn additional pins every time you reach another 20 commission points from qualifying New Sales Bonus orders.
  • The 20 commission points do not need to come from the same enrollee, but each enrollee must generate at least one commission point from their first order for their activity to count toward pins.

There are six unique pin designs, and pins are distributed randomly. The more commission points you earn, the more pins you receive—and the better your chances of collecting the full set.

You can earn up to 8 pins in total.

Golden Pin Award
One Brand Partner in each market will win the Golden Pin —all you have to do is participate for a chance to be that winner!

  • The winner is selected at random from all Brand Partners who participate in the promotion, no matter how many pins they earned.
  • The Brand Partner who receives the Golden Pin will also receive:
    • US $500 USANA product voucher
    • Special recognition in the global campaign recap
    • free ticket to their next regional or market convention
    • VIP access at that event (if there is VIP access)

Other Rewards – Digital Badge
Every Brand Partner who participates and meets the requirements will receive a digital “Year of the Horse Achiever” badge displayed on The Hub and Hub Mobile App for one year.

Q: How are points earned?
A: Points are earned through New Sales Bonus activity. Each commission point generated from new customers during the campaign period counts as one point toward the global and market goals. Only commission points generated between January 3–March 27, 2026 will count for this campaign.


Q: How does the New Sales Bonus work?
A: The New Sales Bonus is one of the fastest ways for new Brand Partners to earn additional income.
When you introduce USANA to someone new and they become a customer, you earn a 10% bonus on the sales points from their purchases for six months.

Example
You share USANA with two close friends—Mary and Jen. They both enroll as new Brand Partners.

  • Mary purchases products worth 60 sales points
  • Jen purchases products worth 140 sales points

You earn a 10% bonus on those 200 sales points—20 total commission points.

Q: What does a Brand Partner need to do to be eligible for prizes if goals are reached?
A: To be eligible for prizes, you must:

  • Enroll at least one new customer with one commission point during the campaign window
  • Earn at least 20 commission points from New Sales Bonuses during the campaign period.

The 20 commission points can come from multiple qualifying orders.


Q: From what customer types can I earn a New Sales Bonus?
A: In most global markets, you can earn a New Sales Bonus from both:

  • New Preferred Customers
  • New Brand Partners

In the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, only new Brand Partner enrollments qualify for the New Sales Bonus.


Q: Which orders count?
A: For an enrollment to qualify for the campaign, it must include at least one commission point. Enrollments without an initial order will not count toward campaign goals or rewards.

Q: Who qualifies for the digital badge?
A: Any Brand Partner who:

  • Generates product sales from at least one new customer during the promotion period, and
  • Earns at least 20 commission points in New Sales Bonuses during the full campaign January 3–March 27, 2026 will receive the digital badge.

Q: Is the leaderboard always visible?
A: Yes. The leaderboard will stay live for the entire campaign.


Q: How will the widget behave throughout the campaign?
A: The campaign widget will show global, market, and personal progress throughout the entire campaign.


Q: How do I track my New Sales Bonus earnings?
A: You can track your New Sales Bonus in three places:

  • Hub Dashboard
    The commission tracker at the top of the dashboard shows your New Sales Bonus activity.
  • Check Stub Reprint Report

Q: What if I earn a New Sales Bonus and my new customer returns product?
A: If a product is returned after the New Sales Bonus has been paid and the amount falls below the allowed amount, the difference will be deducted from future earnings according to standard policy.


Q: How are market-level goals set?
A: Market-level goals are set by USANA’s finance and regional leadership teams.
They consider:

  • Each market’s size
  • Historical performance
  • Growth potential

Goals are designed to be both challenging and achievable and are aligned with each market’s 2026 sales and enrollment objectives.


Q: When and how are prizes distributed?
A:

  • Global and market prizes are distributed after the campaign ends and results are confirmed.
  • Product rewards are automatically added to qualifying Brand Partners’ next Subscribe & Save order starting mid-April.
  • Individual rewards (pins) are added to qualifying orders beginning mid-April 2026. Each pin has its own part number and ships with the next Subscribe & Save order.

The global reward, an exclusive training event featuring Dr. Kathryn Armstrong, PhD and guests, will stream two to three times to support all time zones.


Q: What happens if my market doesn’t reach its goal?
A: Even if a market does not reach its regional goal:

  • Brand Partners can still qualify for the global prize if the global goal is reached.
  • You can continue to earn pins and remain eligible for the Golden Pin.

The campaign recognizes both individual effort and collective achievement.


Q: Do I need to claim my pins or badge?
A: No.

  • Pins and digital badges are issued automatically once qualification data is confirmed.
  • Physical pins ship with eligible Subscribe & Save orders in mid-April.
  • Digital badges appear on The Hub and the Hub Mobile App.

Q: Is this campaign open to all USANA markets?
A: The 2026 Lunar New Year Campaign is open to all USANA markets except India and China.


Q: How will the Golden Pin be awarded?
A: The Golden Pin is awarded at random in each market.

  • A randomized draw is conducted from all Brand Partners who participated in the promotion, regardless of how many pins they earned.
  • Once selected, the Golden Pin is automatically added to the Brand Partner’s next Subscribe & Save order, and customer service will contact the Brand Partner to help them redeem their prizes.

Q: What happens if someone enrolls on the last day of the campaign?
A: If a new customer enrolls on the final day of the campaign, any qualifying orders they place during the campaign window still count toward all goals.
