Order History Report in Team Manager

The Order History Report helps you track the order history of your Preferred Customers, Retail Customers, and personally sponsored Associates. It provides the information you need to develop in-depth sales strategies to grow your business stronger, faster.

To access the Order History Report:

  • Select “My Business” on The Hub
  • Click on “Team Manager” under the “Business Reports” heading
  • Click “All Reports”
  • Select “Order History Report”

With this report, you have the power to track a variety of sales data. Let’s say you want to send an email to all of your customers who have ordered USANA CellSentials but have not set it up on Auto Order. Now, you have advanced filters to build reports to identify these customers. With the click of a button, you can send them a personalized email.

Use this tool to stay connected to your customers, upsell new products, and provide follow-up customer service. Because you can customize your report, use it to host incentives, or encourage your team to host their own. Packed into this report are numerous possibilities.
