Unlike other recognition incentives, the Diamond Discovery Experience is one you’ll embark on the moment you reach Executive Diamond Director rank for the first time. There is no qualification period, incentive trip group, or specific dates when the celebration or trip takes place.

When you qualify, your local sales team and the global recognition and incentives team will connect with you to set up the celebration call and share your trip details—including how to select travel dates, make travel arrangements, apply for visas if needed, and the best way to communicate with Sanoviv and schedule treatments.

Even though you’ll experience the trip solo, it’s a major milestone for all USANA Brand Partners who achieve Executive Diamond Director rank. Qualifications

To qualify for the Diamond Discovery Experience, you must meet the following requirements:

Advance to Diamond Director rank by generating an average of 4,000 commission points for four consecutive weeks.
Then earn the Diamond Director commission points requirement for a period of any consecutive 13 weeks (52,000 commission points) after rank advancement.

Eligibility
Anyone who reaches Executive Diamond Director rank after December 27, 2025 is eligible for this incentive.

Additional Details
The 13 consecutive weeks start after a new rank is achieved. Therefore, if a Brand Partner advances to a new Diamond rank and proceeds to qualify for the incentive without a break, the commission points from the four qualifying weeks for rank advancement do not count toward the 13-week requirement.

There is no time limit to achieve the 13-week rank-level commission points. A Brand Partner can qualify for the incentive several years after rank advancement.

Rules

No purchase necessary.
A participant is an individual person or a distributorship. If there is more than one person in a distributorship, additional attendees can be added at the Brand Partner’s expense. The trip companion must be 16 years or older to participate.
This trip is non-refundable and non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Any attempts to avoid compliance with these rules or with the Brand Partner Agreement will result in an automatic disqualification from the trip in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement. If a qualifying Brand Partner voluntarily or involuntarily terminates his/her distributorship under the terms of the Brand Partner Agreement before the trip date, they forfeit attendance at Diamond Discovery.
Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e.: sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Center other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this incentive, in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement.
Each Brand Partner accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of USANA, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
USANA is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected online entries or transactions for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information, whether caused by any equipment or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error, or malfunctions. USANA reserves the right to halt or modify this incentive at any time during the qualification period if events beyond its control compromise the incentive’s fairness or integrity.
USANA, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive, refuse to award points or prizes, and require the return of any prizes if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the incentive or detrimental to other attendees. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the incentive.
USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the incentive.
This incentive may not be used for any form of gambling.
If for any reason the internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond USANA’s control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this incentive, USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the trip. In such event, USANA further reserves the right to award Brand Partners with the most growth as of the termination date.
USANA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. USANA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this contest.
USANA reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of trip attendees for printed and online media to market USANA products and promotions.
Flights will be booked in economy class. If a Brand Partner would like a higher class, they are subject to the additional cost.
Flights are booked out of the Brand Partner’s USANA market. If a Brand Partner flies from a different market, they are subject to the additional cost.
The trip must be redeemed within 1 year of reaching Executive Diamond Director rank for the first time.

Additional Details

By participating in the promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless USANA and its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies and agents (collectively the “RELEASE PARTIES”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion; unauthorized human intervention in the promotion; and injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the promotion and any associated events. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the RELEASE PARTIES’ liability shall be limited to the cost of participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the RELEASED PARTIES be liable for attorney fees, and entrant waives the right to claim any further damages, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

Elite Bonus

When we say elite, we mean it. No other word can possibly explain the amazing reward our top income earners get every quarter. We call it the Elite Bonus because that’s what it is—the best reward for the best of the best.

Each quarter, a bonus pool equaling 1% of regional sales points is divided and rewarded to the top Brand Partners in the region. Aspire to become an elite leader in your market. Focusing on strong team growth and high overall sales is the best way to earn your Elite Bonus.

Elite Bonus Eligibility:

One personally sponsored Gold Director or above has earned 13,000 commission points within the quarter.
One Brand Partner within three generations has advanced to Gold Director or above within the last 52 weeks (as measured from the end of the quarter) and earned at least 600 commissions points during the quarter.
A minimum 5% of your BC1’s group sales points must originate in your enrolled business market.

Brand Partners who meet the above requirements are then ranked by income. The top 20 income earners are issued shares of the Elite Bonus as follows:

Two-thirds of shares are allocated to qualifiers with quarterly commission point growth compared to their average commission points for the prior four quarters. Qualifying Brand Partners receive a pool percentage based on individual growth when compared to the total growth of all qualifiers.
One-third of shares is allocated to qualifiers based on their total quarterly commission points. Qualifying Brand Partners receive a pool percentage based on their quarterly total commission points when compared to the total quarterly commission points for all qualifiers.

FAQs

Is everyone in one pool for the Elite Bonus?
No. Both China and India have their own pool due to compensation plan differences and market regulations. All other markets are in one pool.

Can the same personally sponsored Brand Partner with 13,000 commission points count for two quarters?
Yes. If they meet the required 13,000 commission points in each quarter, they can count consecutively.

Is it possible for one Brand Partner’s rank advancement to count for four quarters.
Yes. Depending on the date of the Brand Partner’s rank advancement, they could count for four quarters. However, they must earn a commission check for at least 600 commission points in each qualifying quarter.

Milestone Bonuses

Milestone Bonuses make it easier and more rewarding than ever for new Brand Partners to quickly find a path to success. Plus, they reward team leaders who guide and mentor new team members to earn and grow.

In your first 13 weeks as a USANA Brand Partner, you can earn up to three bonuses by reaching specific goals.

Milestone 1: generate 250 sales points from personally enrolled Brand Partners, Preferred Customers, or Affiliates within the first four weeks after you enroll. This earns you a Milestone Bonus of an additional 50 commission points.

Milestone 2: generate 500 sales points from four personally enrolled Brand Partners, Preferred Customers, or Affiliates within the second four-week period after you enroll. This earns you a Milestone Bonus of an additional 100 commission points.

Milestone 3: achieve Pacesetter status to earn a Milestone Bonus of an additional 150 commission points and the opportunity to earn through the Matching Bonus. Reaching Milestone 3 sets you on the path to build and grow your business.
