Multiple Payments / Credit Cards on Account File

An unlimited amount of credit cards or forms of payments can be on the account file. However, all forms of payments on the account file must bear the account holder’s name.

Changing Line of Sponsorship of a Preferred Customer

An Associate may move the placement of his or her own sponsored Preferred Customers within his or her business whenever they want.  All such placement changes are subject to a $10 US customer service fee.

Should a Preferred Customer decide to move outside of his or her sponsor’s team (change sponsorship), he or she must personally request to move as opposed to an Associate doing so. Preferred Customers are considered retail customers and can choose to purchase from whomever they wish. They therefore are not held to the same contractual obligation that Associates are by having to cancel and wait six months before enrolling crossline.

While a Preferred Customer may change sponsors at his or her own request, it is a violation for an Associate to recommend that a Preferred Customer changes sponsorship.

Multiple Names on a Account

USANA will only list the primary applicant on orders, commissions checks and online. You may transfer your distributorship to a business entity such as a partnership or corporation that includes both your name and your spouse’s name.

Main Address Changes

Any changes to the original Associate or Affiliate Application and Agreement, including the mailing address, need to be made in writing. You can submit a new Application and Agreement to USANA. Alternatively, you can update your account by contacting USANA Customer Service via email, or by making changes online through the Profile Manager section of The Hub.

All Preferred Customer (PC) information can be changed over the phone by PC request.

USANA does not offer health insurance benefits for its Associates; however, we’re pleased to offer you access to leading national insurance programs through PRO Insurance Managers. Convention Ticket Cancellations

Ticket cancellation policy:

  • Early-Bird and Regular single tickets are refundable with a $50 cancellation fee.*
  • Kick Off single tickets are non-refundable.

To cancel an event ticket, please contact CustomerService@USANA.com with the following information:

  • ID Number
  • Name
  • Event Name
  • Reason for canceling

*If your visa application for the Americas & Europe or Asia Pacific Convention is denied, you are eligible for a refund.

When the event includes a virtual component, tickets are refunded to the virtual ticket price for those who would prefer to participate from home. When the event does not include a virtual component, tickets are fully refundable for individuals who send a copy of the visa denial letter.

Modify an Event Registration Ticket

An event registration ticket holds the purchasing Associate’s information on file with USANA. Data can be modified to correct spelling or change the name to a spouse or co-applicant on the account. The Modify feature on The Hub cannot be used to transfer the ticket to another Associate or guest. Guest registrations need to be done through customer service, and tickets can be assigned to another Associate using the Assign Ticket feature in the Event Registration section of The Hub.

Event Registration Receipts

Receipts are sent via email to your email address on file with the completion of the event ticket purchase.

You may view and even print event details from The Hub:

  • Click on Contest & Events
  • Select Event Registration
  • Click on Your Tickets
  • Click on Your Tickets under the appropriate event
  • Click on the Actions drop-down menu under the event ticket you wish to view
  • Click on Details
  • Click on Print Record to print
