How Does the PC Upgrade Bonus Work?

Your first step in earning your 20% PC Upgrade Bonus is to personally enroll a new PC in a participating market. (New PCs enrolled outside of participating markets will still earn you the 10% PC Order Bonus, but not the PC Upgrade Bonus).

To qualify for the PC Upgrade Bonus, your personally enrolled PC must purchase nutritionals, foods, Active Nutrition, and Celavive with Sales Volume Points (SVP).  It’s the perfect opportunity to highlight your experience with USANA. Share the products that have impacted your life, expand on the results, and showcase the benefits of daily use.

From the week you enroll your new PC and the next 25 weeks that follow, you’ll earn a 20% bonus on all their qualified purchases. 70% of all SVP will roll up when the PC Upgrade Bonus is paid. Bonuses will be paid out weekly, along with your regular commission payments.

Example #1
Laura is an Associate who enrolls a new PC, Sarah, on  March 13, 2022. Sarah orders USD $100 of products (tax exclusive), generating 100 CVP. Laura will receive a 20% bonus on the pre-tax order amount, totaling USD $20. Laura will continue to earn a 20% PC Upgrade Bonus on any product sale (tax exclusive) Sarah makes for the next 25 weeks following Sarah’s enrollment week. After the 26-week payout period, Laura will continue to earn the current 10% PC Order Bonus on Sarah’s future product purchases .

Example #2
Associate Kathy enrolls Richard as a PC on  May 27, 2022, the last week of the PC Upgrade Bonus. For any product purchases (tax exclusive) Richard makes through  November 25, 2022—enrollment week plus the next 25 weeks—Kathy will earn a 20% bonus. After the 26-week payout period, Kathy will continue to earn the current 10% PC Order Bonus on future product sales from Richard.

Example #3  
Associate Harry enrolled Tyler as a PC prior to the PC Upgrade Bonus  and earns a 10% PC Order Bonus from all qualified purchases Tyler makes. Harry later enrolls John as a PC on September 20,  2022. All of John’s qualified purchases earn Harry a 20% bonus since John enrolled during the PC Upgrade Bonus incentive period. On Harry’s commission check he will see two different line items: PCOBONUS and PCUPGRADEBONUS. PCOBONUS reflects the PC Order Bonus for Tyler, and the PCUPGRADEBONUS shows the bonus for John’s purchases.

How long is the PC Upgrade Bonus available?
The PC Upgrade Bonus is valid through May 27, 2022, plus the next 25 weeks following the week of the personally sponsored PC’s enrollment week.

Who can participate in the PC Upgrade Bonus?
This incentive is open to all Associates who reside in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Mexico.

If I enroll a new PC outside of the participating countries, do I qualify for the PC Upgrade Bonus?
No. Both you and your newly enrolled PC must reside in a market or country participating in the PC Upgrade Bonus to qualify. However, PCs outside of participating markets do earn the 10% PC Order Bonus in those markets where the PC Order Bonus is offered.

Which orders qualify for the PC Upgrade Bonus?
The PC Upgrade Bonus applies to the initial order, one-time orders, and Auto Orders purchased and processed by a new, personally enrolled PC during the enrollment week—plus the following 25 weeks during the promotion period.

When will I receive my PC Upgrade Bonus?
Payouts will be processed and included in your weekly commissions, along with any other payments.

Will I receive a PC Order Bonus 26 weeks after my new PC enrolls?
You will only receive the 20% bonus on product purchases from your newly enrolled PC for 26 weeks—the week you enroll your new PC and the following 25 weeks. After 26 weeks, you will continue to receive a 10% PC Order Bonus on tax-exclusive product purchases from your new PC’s purchases.

Do I have to be commission qualified to earn the PC Upgrade Bonus?
No. You do not have to be commission qualified to earn the PC Upgrade Bonus.

On my commission check, I noticed I earned a PCOBONUS of $50 and then a PCUPGRADEBONUS of $75. What is the difference between these two PC Bonus codes?
To distinguish between the two programs, your commission check will have two different payments lines, PCOBONUS and PCUPGRADEBONUS, if you qualify. PCOBONUS shows the 10% bonus you’ve earned from the product purchases (tax exclusive) generated by PCs you enrolled prior to the Upgrade Bonus. PCUPGRADEBONUS shows the 20% bonus you earned from the product purchases (tax exclusive) generated by personally enrolled PCs during the PC Upgrade Bonus incentive period.

Will the PC Upgrade Bonus count toward my CVP for USANA rank advancement?
Yes. CVP generated during this incentive will count toward rank advancement, provided you’re commission qualified.

Will the PC Upgrade Bonus count toward my 13-week CVP for Executive Rank?
Yes. 100% of your PC Upgrade Bonus counts toward your Executive Rank for Gold Directors and above for the weeks you’re commission qualified.

Will the PC Upgrade Bonus change the PC Refer a Friend Bonus?
No. The PC Refer a Friend program will continue during the PC Upgrade Bonus. Your PCs will continue to earn their 10% referral voucher.

Do I receive a product voucher from my PC’s referral?
No. The PC participating in the Refer a Friend will receive the 10% product voucher. As the PC’s sponsor, you’ll receive 70% of the Sales Volume Points on the products purchased through the link.

Will the PC Upgrade Bonus show on my Hub report?
Yes. You’ll see the PC Upgrade Bonus as well as the PC Order Bonus on your Hub report.

Do I need to balance my PC placement for each Business Center?
No. Placement for new enrollees does not impact your PC Upgrade Bonus.


  1. PC Upgrade Bonus is open to all Associates in participating markets.
  2. PC Upgrade Bonus is only valid to May 27, 2022, plus the next 25 weeks following the week of the personally enrolled Preferred Customer’s enrollment week.
  3. Final payout date is  November 25, 2022.
  4. Only personally sponsored PCs enrolled on or after September 13, 2021 through  May 27, 2022 meet qualification for this bonus. For PCs enrolled before or after this date, the sponsoring Associate will be compensated under the current PC Order Bonus plan.
  5. After the 26-week payout period for the PC Upgrade Bonus, the Associate will continue to earn the current 10% PC Order Bonus on future product purchases from the PC.
  6. 70% of the Sales Volume Points (SVP) will roll up on PC orders. This applies only to products with SVP value.
  7. Both the sponsoring Associate and PC must reside in the participating markets:  United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.
  8. The sponsoring Associate does not have to be commission qualified to participate in the PC Upgrade Bonus.
  9. PC Upgrade Bonus applies toward growth trips and contests, Executive Diamond Summit, rank advancement, Executive 13-week rank advancement, and Elite Bonus.
  10. PC Upgrade Bonus does not apply toward Leadership Bonus, Lifetime Matching Bonus, PaceSetter Bonus, and Auto Order Max BC Bonus.
  11. Any manipulation of this promotion, i.e., sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Center other than where the sale was generated), etc. will result in disqualification from this promotion, in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
  12. All rewards under this incentive are based on actual sales. Thus, all bonuses will be adjusted from existing volume and/or subtracted from future commission checks if products that generated the bonus are returned for a refund.
  13. Any breach of the Associate Agreement and Terms & Policies will disqualify Associate from participation in the PC Upgrade Bonus, in addition to any sanctions under the Associate Agreement.
  14. USANA reserves the right to discontinue or modify the promotion at any time during the promotion period if events beyond USANA’s control compromise the promotion’s fairness or integrity.
  15. Earnings may be audited by compliance.
  16. USANA, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the promotion, refuse to award gifts, and require the return of any gifts or rewards if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the promotion or detrimental to other entrants. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the promotion.
  17. USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  18. This promotion may not be used for any form of gambling.
  19. If for any reason the internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond USANA’s control, which corrupt or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to discontinue the promotion or modify or suspend the promotion, if possible and as necessary, to correct any issue that prevents the fair, secure, and proper administration of the promotion. USANA also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion in the event of such tampering. In such event, USANA further reserves the right to award gifts to the players with the most points as of the termination date.
