Sales Leader Award
Recognizes the with the highest Sales Volume Points (SVP).
Skyrocketing sales equal sensational business growth. This award crowns USANA’s top 25 Associates who earn the most SVP from personally sponsored Associates and Preferred Consultants enrolled during the qualification period.
Winners generate the most SVP from December 31, 2022–December 29, 2023.
Those who exceed 20,000 SVP also receive special recognition at Convention.
Rewards the Associates with the highest CVP growth in their first 52 weeks.
This coveted award is reserved for the top 25 first-year Associates who have exceeded expectations with phenomenal initial sales and growth.The Rising Star Award recipient with the top CVP is crowned Rookie of the Year.
Community Leader Award
Given to the Associates with the most personally sponsored Associate rank advancements.
Leadership starts with you. And your ability to help other Associates reach new heights is what the Community Leader Award is all about. How you lead your team from December 31, 2022–December 29, 2023 can earn your place in the top 25 for this exclusive award.
Every personally sponsored Associate who rank advances from Sharer to Silver Director earns you one point. If your personally sponsored Associate skips a rank between Sharer and Silver Director, you’ll receive one point for each pin level.
Any Associate who achieves 30 points receives special perks at Convention.
Awarded to the top 25 Associates who retain consistent four-week orders from brand new customers.
Building customer trust with products that work is a stellar business-building skill.SVP from each order from a new customer or team member every four weeks earns an Associate one point. Initial orders do not count. Share your USANA story with new, personally sponsored customers and team members, December 31, 2022–December 29, 2023, to earn this award.
Any Associate who achieves 100 points receives special perks at Convention.
