Qualifications<\/h2>\n

To qualify for the Diamond Discovery Experience, you must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Advance to Diamond Director rank by generating an average of 4,000 commission points for four consecutive weeks.<\/li>\n
  2. Then earn the Diamond Director commission points requirement for a period of any consecutive 13 weeks (52,000 commission points) after rank advancement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Eligibility<\/strong>
    \nAnyone who reaches Executive Diamond Director rank after December 27, 2025 is eligible for this incentive.<\/p>\n

    Additional Details<\/strong>
    \nThe 13 consecutive weeks start\u00a0after\u00a0<\/strong>a new rank is achieved. Therefore, if\u00a0a Brand Partner advances to a new Diamond rank and proceeds to qualify for the incentive without a break, the commission points from the four qualifying weeks for rank advancement\u00a0do not count<\/strong>\u00a0toward the 13-week requirement.<\/p>\n

    There is no time limit to achieve the 13-week rank-level commission points.\u00a0A Brand Partner\u00a0can qualify for the incentive several years after rank advancement.<\/p>\n

    Rules<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. No purchase necessary.<\/li>\n
    2. A participant is an individual person or a distributorship. If there is more than one person in a distributorship, additional attendees can be added at the Brand Partner\u2019s expense. The trip companion must be 16 years or older to participate.<\/li>\n
    3. This trip is non-refundable and non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/li>\n
    4. Any attempts to avoid compliance with these rules or with the Brand Partner Agreement will result in an automatic disqualification from the trip in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement.\u00a0If a qualifying Brand Partner voluntarily or involuntarily terminates his\/her distributorship under the terms of the Brand Partner Agreement before the trip date, they forfeit attendance at Diamond Discovery.<\/li>\n
    5. Any manipulation of this incentive, i.e.: sponsorship manipulation, downline purchasing (placing a sales order in a Business Center other than where the sale was generated), etc., will result in disqualification from this incentive, in addition to any sanctions under the Brand Partner Agreement.<\/li>\n
    6. Each Brand Partner accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of USANA, which shall be final and binding in all respects.<\/li>\n
    7. Taxes, if applicable,\u00a0are\u00a0the sole responsibility of the attendee.<\/li>\n
    8. USANA is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected online entries or transactions for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry information, whether caused by any equipment or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error, or malfunctions. USANA reserves the right to halt or modify this incentive at any time during the qualification period if events beyond its control compromise the incentive’s fairness or integrity.<\/li>\n
    9. USANA, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participating in the incentive, refuse to award points or prizes, and require the return of any prizes if entrant engages in any conduct USANA deems to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the incentive or detrimental to other attendees. Such improper conduct includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during the incentive.<\/li>\n
    10. USANA reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the incentive.<\/li>\n
    11. This incentive may not be used for any form of gambling.<\/li>\n
    12. If for any reason the internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond USANA\u2019s control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this incentive, USANA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the trip. In such event, USANA further reserves the right to award Brand Partners with the most growth as of the termination date.<\/li>\n
    13. USANA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. USANA is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this contest.<\/li>\n
    14. USANA reserves the right to use names, images, and likenesses of trip attendees for printed and online media to market USANA products and promotions.<\/li>\n
    15. Flights will be booked in economy class. If a Brand Partner would like a higher class, they are subject to the additional cost.<\/li>\n
    16. Flights are booked out of the Brand Partner\u2019s USANA market. If a Brand Partner flies from a different market, they are subject to the additional cost.<\/li>\n
    17. The trip must be redeemed within 1 year of reaching Executive Diamond Director rank for the first time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Additional Details<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • By participating in the promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless USANA and its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies and agents (collectively the \u201cRELEASE PARTIES\u201d) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion; unauthorized human intervention in the promotion; and injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant\u2019s participation in the promotion and any associated events. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the RELEASE PARTIES\u2019 liability shall be limited to the cost of participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the RELEASED PARTIES be liable for attorney\u00a0fees, and entrant waives the right to claim any further damages, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.<\/li>\n
