FAQ

Q. What are the dates of the Go Executive Promotion?
A. The Go Executive Promotion runs from August 10, 2024 – December 27, 20224. The promotion is open to all eligible Associates registered with USANA in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.

Q. Will CVP from all USANA markets be counted in this incentive?
A. This promotion is intended to generate sales and new enrollments in your home market. While CVP from other markets will count, we strongly encourage Associates to generate all or most sales in their home market to leverage the new Experience enrollment packs.

Q. If I meet my CVP requirement for Milestone 1 (1-4 weeks) but don’t meet the 150 USD cumulative product sale requirement from the new enrollees, would I still unlock the cash bonus?
A. No, all requirements of qualification must be met to receive the Milestone 1 reward.

Q. If I meet the CVP requirement for Milestone 2 (5-8 weeks) but don’t meet the 150 USD cumulative product sale requirement from the new enrollees, would I still unlock the cash bonus?
A. No, all requirements of qualification must be met to receive the Milestone 2 reward.

Q. If I meet ALL the CVP requirements and minimum cumulative sales from new enrollee requirements within Milestone 3 (9-13 weeks), would I be eligible to receive the total bonus?
A: Yes, if you generated product sales from at least 8 new customers within your Executive run qualification period you will receive the full bonus amount.

Q. Does the $150 minimum product sale requirement per new enrollee need to be in a single order?
A. No, the minimum $150 requirement is cumulative and can come from multiple orders. However, the $150 must be generated in the same milestone period. (i.e. any orders from a new enrollee who joined on week 1, would need to occur within weeks 1-4 to count towards your qualifications.)

Q. Can the $150 minimum product sale requirement per new enrollee occur in any USANA market?
A. No, new enrollments, and the $150 minimum product sales requirement per new enrollee, must be placed in the same market as the sponsoring associate. (i.e. If an associate is registered with USANA in the United States, their new enrollees and product sales must also take place in the United States in order to count towards their qualification.

Q. Can the $150 minimum product sale requirement per new enrollee come from any customer type?
A. Yes, the enrollees can be Retail Customers, Preferred Customers, Affiliates or Associates.

Q. What happens if an Associate has already begun a Gold run before this promotion begins?
A. If an Associate has already generated qualifying weeks toward Gold qualification before August 10th, USANA will count any personal enrollments they have during those qualifying week to meet the enrollment requirement to earn the bonus. This applies to Associates qualifying for new Gold rank advancement only.

Q. What happens if I or my downline need to return products?
A. Any customer can return product at any time during the return period in accordance with USANA’s return policy. It is important to note, however, any products returned would not qualify for the promotion and if they are returned after you have received a cash bonus, USANA will subtract any paid amounts from future commissions.

Q. Do the Experience pack enrollment Pack Order Bonus count towards my rank advancements requirements?
A. Yes, for the purposes of rank advancement and executive qualification during the promotional period, the pack order bonus will count “double” towards your rank and executive qualifications. For example, if in the USA you sell an Ultimate Experience Pack, you would receive a Pack Order Bonus of $100 USD, this would then be 2x to 200 CVP and apply towards your rank qualifications. This double pack order bonus does not count towards any other incentive trips or cash rewards.

Q. How can I track my team and my progress?
A. Your Regional Sales Manager will be happy to assist you, and you can contact them by emailing us.field@usanainc.com. You can also track your reports in The Hub by accessing the Volume History Report by clicking Reports —> Team Manager —> Volume History Report

Q. If I am a Ruby who has never achieved Executive Gold, can I qualify for the Executive Gold bonus?
A. Unfortunately, no. For the Go Executive Promotion your executive rank is linked to your title pin. This means the only Executive ranks an Executive associate is eligible is the same level as their achieved / pin rank. For example, Associates with the Pin level of Emerald can only qualify for Executive Emerald.

Q. If I have achieved an Executive rank previously, but I am not currently Executive Qualified, can I re-qualify again and earn the respective bonus?
A. Yes. Any Associate who is at least a Gold Director and is not currently Executive qualified at their pin rank are eligible to qualify for the Go Executive bonus.

Q. When does my Executive Qualification need to be completed by to receive the full bonus available?
A. Any qualifying Associates must have completed all 13 weeks of Executive Qualification by the end of December 27. 2024.

Q. If I achieve partial weeks of Executive Qualification but not all 13 weeks before December 27, 2024, will I still be eligible for the milestone rewards?
A. Yes. For example, any qualifying Associates who completes Milestone 1 Qualification in the last 4 weeks of the qualification period would unlock the reward for Milestone 1.

Q. When a Milestone achievement is unlocked, are the bonuses paid out at the end of each Milestone?
A. Yes. Once a milestone is met at any time during the qualification period, the bonus is unlocked and added to the next available commission week payout.

Q. What is the minimum new enrollee with $150 minimum product sale requirement to unlock the new Gold Director bonuses of $2,000?
A. The minimum requirement is at least 2 new enrolled with $150 minimum product sale.

Q. What is the total minimum new enrollee with $150 minimum product sale requirement to unlock the Executive Rank bonuses?
A. The total minimum requirement is at least 8 new enrolled with $150 minimum product sale.

Q. If I meet the total minimum new enrollees with $150 minimum product sale requirement within Milestone 1, would that meet the requirement for the whole promotion?
A. Yes. USANA is looking for the total number of enrollments over the entire qualification period, with minimums by milestone. If you complete all 8 in the first week, you would have enough for the entire promotion.

Q. If I fail to meet the requirements within Milestone 1, but during Milestone 2 I meet the requirements for both Milestones, would I unlock both bonuses?
A. Yes. For example, if you met the CVP requirement in Milestone 1 not the minimum of 3 new enrollees’ requirement, you would not receive the first bonus. However, if during Milestone 2 you met the CVP requirement and enrolled 5 new enrollees, meaning you now had a total of 6, you would receive the Milestone bonuses for both Milestone 1 and Milestone 2.

Q. If I’m a Star Diamond pin rank, can I qualify for the Executive Diamond title and unlock the bonus?
A. Yes, you can participate at the Executive Diamond level, as long as you have not currently qualified as Executive Diamond when the promotion period begins.

Q. Can I use the 4 weeks of a new Rank advancement qualification towards my current rank Executive qualification at the same time?
A. No, Rank advancement weeks and Executive qualification weeks must be two separate periods. For example 1, Executive Gold requires 13,000 CVP over 13 weeks. This could be achieved in the following way:

EXAMPLE 1

In example 1, the total CVP generated is 13,000 CVP over 13 weeks, which is enough for Executive Gold, AND it is enough volume in the last 4 weeks to qualify for a new Ruby Rank advancement. (sometimes referred to as (9+4)

In this scenario of example 1, CVP cannot be used for two different qualifications at the same time. In this situation the CVP in weeks 10-13 would be used to complete the Executive Gold qualification first, unlocking Executive Gold Milestone 3.

This would mean in the 13-week period for example 1, the associate would receive $5,000 in cash rewards from the Go Executive Promotion. To receive the bonus of Ruby Milestone 1 the associate would then need to do an additional 4 weeks of Ruby qualification in order to unlock the Executive Ruby Milestone 1 (13 weeks + 4 weeks).

Associates can complete Executive Qualification sooner than 13 weeks, which would allow them to rank advance and be eligible for bonuses. This could be achieved like the following example 2:

EXAMPLE 2

In example 2, the 13,000 CVP requirement was met in 9 weeks, unlocking all 3 Executive Gold Milestones and the associate would be paid out all eligible $5,000 in Executive Gold Bonus and marks an end to that qualification run.

The associate could then complete the new Ruby Rank qualifications in weeks 10-13, and they would rank advance to Ruby, and unlock Ruby milestone 1, receiving $1,800.

This would mean in the 13-week period of example 2, the associate would receive $6,800 in cash rewards from the Go Executive Promotion.
