Main Address Changes
Any changes to the original Associate Application and Agreement, including the mailing address, need to be made in writing by submitting a new Associate Application and Agreement to USANA. Alternatively, you can update your account by contacting USANA Customer Service via email, or by making changes online through the Profile Manager section of The Hub.
All Preferred Customer (PC) information can be changed over the phone by PC request.
