Retail Customers

Retail customers buy directly from a USANA Associate. All transactions would be handled by the Associate.

A retail sale is any product sold to a consumer. Associates may sell USANA’s product at the price of their choice.

The recommended retail price is ten percent in addition to the preferred price. It is at the Associate’s discretion to charge more or less than that amount.

If a retail customer would like to sign up as an Associate or a Preferred Customer, you can sign them up. Treat them like you would any other new New Team Member.

Because retail customers buy directly from a Associate, they do not qualify for an Auto Order.

To qualify for Auto Order, the retail customer would have to become a Preferred Customer.

Associates must use the official USANA receipts.

Associates must maintain all retail sales receipts for a period of two years and furnish them to USANA at the company’s request.
