Native American Tax Exemption or Status

To be tax exempt in the US under Native American Status, all shipments must be made to a registered Indian that is living on a U.S. reservation. Sales to a non-registered individual(s) on a reservation are taxable.

Formal proof of registration is required. Purchaser must be an enrolled member of a Tribe as evidenced by a Federal Tribal Card. A copy of this card (front and back) is required by USANA for the exemption to be processed.
