Business Growth Award
Honors the Associates with the top year-over-year Commission Volume Point (CVP) growth.
Growth is key for success. And the winners of this celebrated award are those who grew this year’s sales dramatically over last year’s CVP. The top 25 Associates with the greatest growth win this prestigious recognition with the top Associate earning the President’s Award.
To qualify for the Business Growth Award, grow your CVP from July 1, 2023–June 28, 2024 against July 2, 2022–June 30, 2023.
Associates with 15,000 CVP growth or more will also receive special perks at Convention.
Sales Leader Award
Recognizes the Associates with the highest Sales Volume Points (SVP).
To attain the Sales Leader Award, USANA’s top 25 Associates are those who earned the most SVP from personally sponsored Associates and Preferred Customers (PCs) enrolled during the qualification period.
Winners of the 2024 Sales Leader Award generated the most SVP from July 1, 2023–June 28, 2024.
Those who exceed 20,000 SVP will also receive special recognition at Convention.
Rising Star Award
Rewards the Associates with the highest CVP growth in their first 52 weeks.
This coveted award is reserved for new Associates who have exceeded expectations with phenomenal initial sales and growth. Recipients of this award are the top 25 Associates who have earned the most CVP for their first 52 weeks. The Rising Star Award recipient with the top CVP is crowned Rookie of the Year.
Associates with 15,000 CVP growth or more will also receive special perks at Convention.
Community Leader Award
Given to the Associates with the most personally sponsored Associate rank advancements.
Leadership starts with you. And your ability to help other Associates reach new heights is what the Community Leader Award is all about. How you lead your team from July 1, 2023–June 28, 2024 can earn your place in the top 25 for this award.
Every personally sponsored Associates who rank advances from Sharer to Silver Director earns you one point. If your personally sponsored Associate skips a rank between Sharer and Silver Director, you’ll receive one point for each pin level.
Any Associate who achieves a minimum of 30 points will receive special perks at Convention.
Retention Leader Award
Acknowledges the Associates who generate volume through personally sponsored Associates and PCs during the qualification period.
Cultivating long-term relationships with customers and team members is key to the success of any legacy business. Orders per every four-week cycle made by new, personally sponsored Associates and PCs will earn you one point (excluding initial orders). Points will be given for eligible orders during the first 52 weeks of sponsorship.
Recipients of the Retention Leader Award will be the top 25 Associates with the most points. Those who achieve a minimum of 100 points will also receive special perks at Convention.
Dr. Wentz Vision Award
The Dr. Wentz Vision Award is highly coveted. Each year it honors Associates of any rank who work tirelessly to improve the health of others and enrich the lives of everyone they meet. The recipients of this award are devoted to sharing Dr. Wentz’ vision of making the world a better place by creating the Healthiest Family on Earth.
Denis Waitley Leadership Award for Business Excellence
The Denis Waitley Leadership Award for Business Excellence recognizes one Associate at any level in each market who best exhibits Denis Waitley’s extraordinary vision of leadership and success.
USANA Foundation Ambassadors
USANA Foundation Ambassadors are leaders in their communities who actively serve others. These recipients are the heart and soul of USANA. Their work is crucial to help others in need and sets a good example.
USANA League Award
USANA League celebrates major milestones in every Associate’s journey. Becoming a member and moving up in its levels requires generating points across sales, retention, and community.
*In order to receive the award on stage, the top 25 award winners need to register and assign the ticket before the deadline. If Associates do not attend Convention, the Associate next in line will receive the award.*
