First impressions are lasting ones. That’s why we’re putting our best foot forward and moving our Brand Partner Welcome Kits to a fully digital format.
Physical welcome kits have been discontinued. New Brand Partners will join USANA with a digital welcome kit. In their first days with USANA, they’ll receive all information on how to access the digital Welcome Kit as part of their onboarding emails. Not only is this move more environmentally friendly, but new Brand Partners will enjoy a simplified welcome experience with an immersive dive into their USANA journey.
