The next luxurious location will be revealed soon!

Qualifications
Set your goal now! Qualify for this incentive when you complete one of the options below:

Option 1: Achieve 30,000 CVP growth within two consecutive years of your selected regional qualification periods.
Year 1

  • The base period (31 December 2022–29 December 2023) and
  • The current period (30 December 2023–27 December 2024)

Year 2

  • The base period (30 December 2022–27 December 2024) and
  • The current period (28 December 2024–26 December 2025)

Option 2: Achieve all Executive Diamond Summit qualifications, along with CVP growth during the incentive qualification (19 October 2024–17 October 2025).

Requirements
Distributor must have advanced at least one rank after 1 July 2014 to a Diamond or a Star Diamond Director.
Distributor must not have attended an Executive Diamond Summit at the same rank.
Distributor must have CVP growth during the qualification period.
Distributor must earn rank-level CVP requirement for a period of any consecutive 13 weeks, after rank advancement and within the 52-week annual qualification period:

Executive Diamond Director:                       52,000 total CVP
Executive 1-Star Diamond Director:           65,000 total CVP
Executive 2-Star Diamond Director:           78,000 total CVP
Executive 3-Star Diamond Director:           91,000 total CVP
Executive 4-Star Diamond Director:           104,000 total CVP
Executive 5-Star Diamond Director:           117,000 total CVP
Executive 6-Star Diamond Director:           130,000 total CVP
Executive 7-Star Diamond Director:           143,000 total CVP
Executive 8-Star Diamond Director:           156,000 total CVP
Executive 9-Star Diamond Director:           169,000 total CVP
Executive 10-Star Diamond Director:         182,000 total CVP
Executive 11-Star Diamond Director:         195,000 total CVP
Executive 12-Star Diamond Director:         208,000 total CVP
Executive 13-Star Diamond Director:         221,000 total CVP
Executive 14-Star Diamond Director:         234,000 total CVP
Executive 15-Star Diamond Director:         247,000 total CVP
Executive 16-Star Diamond Director:         260,000 total CVP
Executive 17-Star Diamond Director:         273,000 total CVP
Executive 18-Star Diamond Director:         286,000 total CVP
Executive 19-Star Diamond Director:         299,000 total CVP
Executive 20-Star Diamond Director:         312,000 total CVP

The 13 consecutive weeks start after a new rank is advanced. Therefore, if a Distributor advances to a new Diamond rank and proceeds to qualify for the Summit without a break, the CVP from the four weeks that qualifies him or her for the rank advancement does not count towards the 13-week requirement.

There is no time limit for the achievement of the 13-week rank-level CVP. A Distributor can qualify for the Summit several years after the actual rank advancement, as long as the rank remains at the start of a qualification period.

The 13 consecutive weeks must fall entirely within a qualification period. Therefore, if a Distributor achieves four weeks after the cut-off day, they will not qualify for the Summit even though the entire 13-week CVP met rank-level requirement.

Multiple Rank Advancements Within a Qualifying Period

When a Distributor advances multiple Diamond ranks in a year, the following applies:

  • They can qualify in the current period using the lowest eligible Diamond rank for the period.
  • For example: John attended the EDS in the previous year as an Executive 1-Star Diamond. In the current period, he advances first to 2-Star, then to 3-Star and 4-Star Diamond. He can qualify in the current period by achieving the CVP of a 2-Star Diamond (and not necessarily 3 or 4-Star) in any 13 consecutive weeks.
  • In the same example, had John also achieved the CVP of a 3 or 4-Star Diamond in the current period, he will not receive additional trips as rewards. Instead, the local market can add an appropriate reward (such as a dinner held in his honour prior to departure or return from the Executive Diamond Summit.)
  • He qualifies for the next Summit by earning CVP at his current rank and the start of the following period.
  • Extending the example above, since John starts the next qualifying period as a 4-Star Diamond, he must achieve CVP at 4-Star rank to go to the next Summit.
  • He can no longer use his 3-Star rank achieved, even though he has not attended a trip at this rank.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: If I earn 32,000 CVP growth qualification year 1 and 30,000 CVP growth qualification year 2 will I earn the Global Elite Growth incentive?
A: Yes, you earned the required 30,000 CVP in both year 1 and year 2 qualification periods.

Q: If I earn 80,000 CVP growth qualification year 1 and 10,000 CVP growth qualification year 2 will I earn the Global Elite Growth incentive?
A: No. The required 30,000 CVP growth was achieved in year 1, but in year 2 the minimum 30,000 CVP growth was not achieved.

Q: If I cannot attend the 2026 Global Elite Growth trip, can I attend the 2027 Global Elite Growth trip instead?
A: No, your incentive trip cannot be deferred.

The following questions apply to an Distributor who starts a qualification period as a 1-Star Diamond:

Q: Can I qualify for the Executive Leadership Summit if I achieve 1-Star CVP for 13 consecutive weeks during the qualification period?
A: Yes, except in the following situations:

  • If you advanced to 1-Star Diamond before July 1, 2014 you do not qualify. (The Executive Leadership Summit started on this date.)
  • If you have previously participated in a Leadership Summit at the 1-Star rank, you do not qualify.

In either situation above, you will need to advance to 2-Star Diamond and then achieve 2-Star CVP for 13 consecutive weeks to qualify.

Q: I achieved my 1-Star Diamond rank more than a year ago. Can I still qualify for the Summit by earning 1-Star CVP for 13 weeks this qualifying period?
A: Yes. Once you have achieved a new Diamond rank, you may qualify for the Summit in any year thereafter if you are still at that rank at the start of a qualification period (see exceptions in the question above).

Q: In the previous qualifying period, I advanced from Emerald Director to Diamond Director and then to 1-Star Diamond. Since I haven’t attended a Summit at the Diamond level, can I qualify this period by achieving 13 weeks at the lower Diamond CVP?
A: No. Your rank at the start of a qualification period determines your minimum qualification. Since you are a 1-Star Diamond at the start of this qualification period, you’ll need to achieve 13 weeks of 1-Star CVP to qualify.

Q: In the situation above, I would be better off waiting until after the qualification period starts before advancing to 1-Star Diamond. Doesn’t this discourage me from building my business quickly?
A: The Summit is a reward for leaders who build their businesses in a stable manner. So we assume you have a solid, Diamond+-level income before advancing to 1-Star.

Q: In the last four weeks of accumulating my 1-Star CVP for Summit qualification, I also advanced to 2-Star Diamond. Do I still qualify for the Summit?
A: Yes. The 13-week CVP requirement depends on your rank at the start of this qualification period. It’s not affected by a new rank achieved during the period.

Q: What if I achieve my 13-week 1-Star CVP, advance to 2-Star CVP, and achieve 13 weeks of 2-Star CVP all in the same qualification period? Does that qualify me for two Summits—this and the next year?
A: No, you may not “bank” Summit trips this way. To qualify for the next Summit, you’ll need to repeat your 13 weeks of 2-Star CVP sometime during the next qualification period.

In such event, USANA further reserves the right to award prizes to the entrants with the most growth as of the termination date.

  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • By participating in the promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless USANA and its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies and agents (collectively the “RELEASE PARTIES”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion; unauthorised human intervention in the promotion; and injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the promotion and any associated events. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the RELEASE PARTIES’ liability shall be limited to the cost of participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the RELEASED PARTIES be liable for attorney fees and entrant waives the right to claim any further damages, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
  • Except where prohibited, entrant agrees any and all disputes, claims, and cause of action out of or connected with the promotion shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Utah, without respect to any conflict of law issues and entrant agrees shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and with exclusive jurisdiction in the State of Utah.

Fine Print

  • USANA will cover airfare from major airports of the winner’s home country to the incentive destination and back. All local airfare or land travel expenses to and from the major airports shall be borne by the winners.
  • Securing visas, travel insurance, and other travel documents associated with this trip is the full responsibility of the winners and at their own expense.
  • All transfers, local accommodations, and meals prior to departure and upon arrival to their home country is at the expense of the winners.

Additional Business Centres

When you maximise a BC (by generating 3,000 points in Group Sales Volume on both the left
and right sides of the BC), you will receive an additional BC. You can receive a total of two additional BCs for each BC you maximise. You open your new BC(s) at the bottom of your sales organisation. This allows you to help others in your team by being involved at a deeper level

Once you establish where you want to open your additional BC (see Figure E), the next step is to contact Customer Service to place your new BC. BCs 4 and 5 can be placed anywhere. After that, additional BCs must be placed at least 10 active Associates’ BC1 Business Centres away from any of your previously existing BCs.

For purposes of placing additional BCs, an active Associate is defined as an Associate that is qualified to earn commissions (generated 35 SVP in the last four weeks).

Once you open a new BC, you may begin building a team under it. When you have achieved 3,000 Group Sales Volume points on each side of
your new BC in a single commission period, you will receive an additional BC. Because you can receive up to two additional BCs for each of your original BCs, as well as two additional BCs for each new BC, there truly is an incredible earning opportunity. Because sales in each new BC will generate commissions not only for itself, but also for all the BCs you may have above it in your sales organisation, developing new BCs will strengthen your entire team.

  1. USANA India Private Limited (“USANA”) is organising a regional event (“Trip”) for eligible Associates in Dubai, Saudi Arabia on a date to be announced.
  2. Ticket herein refers to the Trip entry ticket.
  3. Trip participation is voluntary and optional. By choosing to participate, a participant hereby confirms they have studied the detailed terms and conditions (“Terms”) and agree to be bound by the same.
  4. These Terms are in addition to the terms, conditions, and policies stated in the USANA Associate Agreement. The eligible participant’s Trip attendance is subject to the following Terms, the Associate Terms & Policies, or any other guidelines communicated by USANA.
  5. The Trip qualification period is weekly business opening hours 15 December 2023 through weekly business closing hours on 28 September 2024, (“Qualification Period”) unless extended or revoked at the sole discretion of USANA.
  6. Trip participation is valid only for Associates who are registered with USANA on or before 27 September 2024.
  7. Subject to the Terms, Associates who fulfil the Qualification criteria for one of the following Qualification levels during the Qualification Period shall be eligible to attend the Trip:
    Qualification Levels
Level 1—Premier: Any USANA Associate enrolled by 27 September 2024 who earns between 7,200–10,799 Commission Value Points (CVP) by the end of the Qualification Period earns one Trip ticket.
Level 2—Prestige: Any USANA Associate enrolled by 27 September 2024 who earns between 10,800–14,399 CVP by the end of the Qualification Period earns one Trip ticket and one travel voucher for the Trip.
Level 3—Luxury: Any USANA Associate enrolled by 27 September 2024 who earns between 14,400–17,999 CVP by the end of the Qualification Period earns two Trip tickets and one travel voucher for the Trip.
Level 4Royal: Any USANA Associate enrolled by 27 September 2024 who earns 18,000 or more CVP by the end of the Qualification Period earns two Trip tickets and two travel vouchers for the Trip.
  8. Trip Qualification is based on the highest Qualification Level earned.
    1. For example, if Mr. A accumulates 11,000 CVP, he earns Prestige level benefits only.
  9. CVP from any orders returned during the Qualification Period will be deducted to determine the level of qualification.
  10. CVP earned for orders placed between weekly business onset on 30 December 2023– weekly business closure on 3 February 2024 will count as double (“Double CVP”) toward Trip Qualification.
    1. For example, if 100 CVP is earned for orders placed between 30 December 2023–3 February 2024 per the USANA Compensation Plan, the Double CVP incentive means 200 CVP will be counted toward Trip Qualification.
  11. Double CVP counts only toward Trip Qualification and not toward: (a) Rank Advancement; (b) Commission Payout.
  12. USANA’s decision regarding Associate eligibility shall be final and binding.
  13. In the event a USANA ID is owned and operated by two individuals, for the purpose of Qualification, this will be treated as one Qualifier. For both individuals to participate in the Trip, they must each have a separate ticket—either by qualifying for two Trip Tickets or by purchasing an additional Trip Ticket.
  14. In addition to the Trip Ticket/s earned, a qualifying Associate can purchase up to one additional ticket to bring a guest. This ticket price and purchase deadline will be announced later.
  15. The travel voucher value for Qualification Levels 2, 3, and 4 will be announced at a later date.
  16. Trip participation is confirmed once the travel voucher has been claimed. This is done after the Qualification Period is over.
    1. For Level 1 qualifiers, we will inform them they qualified. They must confirm their participation to USANA India by the date mentioned in Point 22.
  17. If a Qualifier is unable to participate in the Trip for any reason, the full value of the travel voucher will be recovered from subsequent Associate Commissions, or by any other method to be stated by USANA at a later date.
  18. Associates who qualify for two Trip Tickets are allowed to bring one child between 5–17 years of age, subject to the following:
    1. An additional Trip Ticket is purchased by the Qualifier for one child between 5–17 years of age to attend.
    2. The price of the additional Trip Ticket will apply toward accommodation, event venue, food, and beverages.
    3. The qualifying Associate is solely responsible for taking care of their accompanying child, and USANA or any of its employees, directors, vendors, or representatives shall have no liability/responsibility toward any such children.
    4. Children are NOT allowed to any Trip events. Any breach of this term may result in inability for the Associate to participate in the Trip.
  19. In Case Of Pregnancy: The following is valid if the Qualifier is pregnant and will give birth up to three months prior to the Trip, as well as if the Associate has given birth up to six months before the Trip and needs to stay home with the newborn:
    1. If the Qualifier qualifies for one ticket and cannot travel due to pregnancy, this Associate can postpone attendance until the next equivalent Trip. If the Qualifier also qualifies for the following equivalent Trip, this Associate will receive one extra ticket the following year.
    2. If the Qualifier qualifies for two tickets and cannot travel due to pregnancy, their chosen travel partner must utilise one ticket for the Trip, and the Qualifier can postpone the other ticket for the next equivalent Trip. To get one ticket postponed, the Qualifier would also need to qualify for the next year’s Trip (if any). In other words, a maximum of one ticket can be brought forward.
  20. The eligible Associates’ first Trip ticket shall be non-transferable. Any additional Trip ticket/s can be given to any individual (except terminated Associates) by the eligible Associate—only if the first ticket Qualifier is attending. Further, the first Qualifier’s name must be the same as in USANA’s records.
  21. Minimum age for participation for the Trip is 18 (eighteen) years.
  22. Eligible participating Associates for the Trip must make necessary travel arrangements and email their details, along with a scanned copy of requisite documents (as may be requested by USANA), to customer service by no later than 12 October 2024 or other such date that may be stated by USANA. The participant must also carry the aforementioned documents to be shown at the hotel during check in.
  23. USANA will make necessary arrangements for accommodation, event venue, food, and beverages for the participants strictly as specified in the agenda only. The detailed Trip itinerary will be shared by USANA in advance.
  24. Transportation to and from the event venue is at the participant expense. Any other expenses not mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, including, but not limited to, Visa processing expenses, travel insurance, medical expenses, etc., shall be borne by the Qualifier.
  25. Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), if applicable, shall be applied.
  26. Visa and Insurance–Below are some clarifications regarding Visa and Travel Insurance required for travel.
    1. Participants and their guests are required to have health insurance to attend the Trip.
    2. Visa, health insurance, and all administrative costs pertaining to the Trip shall be entirely arranged and paid for by the participants for themselves and their guests. USANA will only be supporting the participants and their guests with Letters of Recommendation from the hotel.
    3. In case of Visa rejection, this qualification will NOT be extended to the next equivalent trip, nor will any other form of incentive compensation be given.
    4. The Qualifier must be in possession of a valid Indian passport with minimum six months validity i.e. six months from travel date.
    5. A valid Covid-19 vaccination certificate and negative RTPCR (within a time period that may be stated in advance) MAY be required for traveling to or from the place of the Trip. The cost for the Covid-19 vaccination certificate and negative RTPCR shall be borne by the participant.
    6. In cases where the participant is required to travel for biometrics or personal interview at the embassy, all cost for such travel and stay shall be borne by the participant.
  27. USANA holds the right to bar an eligible Associate from attending the Trip, in case of any violation in the last 6 (six) months prior to the Qualification Period of the Trip Terms, Associate Agreement (as applicable), and/or other such guidelines made by USANA. A mere allegation of violation of the Trip Terms or Associate Agreement by an Associate does not automatically disqualify the eligible Associate from participating in the Trip, unless independently investigated by USANA.
  28. Participants must be on their best behaviour during the Trip and not in any way refuse to comply with USANA, its employees, personnel, vendor, vendor’s employees, or other participants. Further, the Trip participant must comply with all the hotel terms and conditions. For any individual found to be in violation of this code of conduct, USANA reserves the right to request such participant vacates the Trip premises without any delay or demur and take any other action that may be necessary.
  29. USANA reserves the right to unilaterally cancel and/or reschedule the Trip (without any liability/compensation in any form) at any time on account of any event beyond the reasonable control of USANA, including, without limitation: (a) acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake, or other natural disaster; any labour or trade dispute; (b) strikes, industrial action, or lockouts; terrorist attack; civil war, civil commotion, or riots; war, threat of, or preparation for war; (c) armed conflict; imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations; (d) outbreak or continuance of a pandemic or epidemic disease; (e) acts of public enmity; and/or (f) any law, rules, recommendations, regulations, guidelines, advisory, or any action taken by a government or public authority, including, without limitation, imposing of restrictions on gathering, failing to grant a necessary license or consent, any travel advisory, etc.
  30. In case of cancellation of the Trip due to any unforeseen event or the Qualifier’s inability to participate, USANA is not bound to pay any amount as compensation against the same.
  31. Every eligible Associate or his/her guest who desires to participate in the Trip may do so pursuant to his/her independent inquiry, investigation, and analysis. It is agreed that USANA, its employees, associate companies, directors, representatives, or vendors shall have no liability for any loss, damages, expenses, or claim suffered/incurred by or brought against any eligible Associate, any participant, or any other third party in any manner whatsoever, whether such loss, liability, damage, expense, or claim is consequent to or in connection with the Trip (including, without limitation, cancellation thereof as per these Terms).
  32. By participating in the promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless USANA and its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies and agents (collectively the “RELEASE PARTIES”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion; unauthorised human intervention in the promotion; and injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the promotion and any associated events. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the RELEASE PARTIES’ liability shall be limited to the cost of participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the RELEASED PARTIES be liable for attorneys fee, and entrant waives the right to claim any further damages, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
