  12. USANA’s decision regarding Associate eligibility shall be final and binding.
  13. In the event a USANA ID is owned and operated by two individuals, for the purpose of Qualification, this will be treated as one Qualifier. 14. In addition to the Trip Ticket/s earned, a qualifying Associate can purchase up to one additional ticket to bring a guest. This ticket price and purchase deadline will be announced later.
  15. The travel voucher value for Qualification Levels 2, 3, and 4 will be announced at a later date.

  17. If a Qualifier is unable to participate in the Trip for any reason, the full value of the travel voucher will be recovered from subsequent Associate Commissions, or by any other method to be stated by USANA at a later date.

    2. The price of the additional Trip Ticket will apply toward accommodation, event venue, food, and beverages.
    3. The qualifying Associate is solely responsible for taking care of their accompanying child, and USANA or any of its employees, directors, vendors, or representatives shall have no liability/responsibility toward any such children.
    4. Children are NOT allowed to any Trip events. Any breach of this term may result in inability for the Associate to participate in the Trip.
  19. In Case Of Pregnancy: The following is valid if the Qualifier is pregnant and will give birth up to three months prior to the Trip, as well as if the Associate has given birth up to six months before the Trip and needs to stay home with the newborn:

    2. If the Qualifier qualifies for two tickets and cannot travel due to pregnancy, their chosen travel partner must utilise one ticket for the Trip, and the Qualifier can postpone the other ticket for the next equivalent Trip. To get one ticket postponed, the Qualifier would also need to qualify for the next year’s Trip (if any). In other words, a maximum of one ticket can be brought forward.
  20. The eligible Associates’ first Trip ticket shall be non-transferable. Any additional Trip ticket/s can be given to any individual (except terminated Associates) by the eligible Associate—only if the first ticket Qualifier is attending.
